The last time we bought a box of condoms, the cashier whispers, "Do you want these in a paper bag?" instead of the opaque plastic bags you can see through. It was so James Bond. When I remarked no, she gasped and seemed quite surprised. I wanted to tell her to get a life. Really. This area is VERY conservative.

When we decided that we were really going to "do this thing" we bought a box of condoms at Sam's....it is a box of like 40! We have been together for over 10 years so obviously no condoms here in a long time. We both laughed the whole time we were shopping. Our kids were like "what?"
