I was thinking back to the days of my youth, particularly high school. As most of you will remember, those were some pretty tough years! Many of us had no clue regarding sex. Some of us had parents with the hidden copy of Playboy, hustler, Penthouse etc… Most didn’t or never found them. My story is not that different from anyone here. I started a little younger than the average (2 months after my 13th birthday) but for a few years, I was completely clueless.

I remember, clearly, that awkwardness, the clumsiness, being all thumbs and two left feet when it came to technique and method. That first time was a flurry of activity! She was 18 and had had a few lovers before me.

I should defend her against the thoughts that she was a pervert picking up a child. At 13, I was already 6’1” 195 lbs. I never looked like a kid in high school. Heck, I didn’t get carded until AFTER I turned 21!

Of all the most frustrating and difficult items of clothing to remove, my large hands found the bra to be quite the challenge! It took years to finally master the cursed item. When I started dating a woman who didn’t wear one, I rejoiced! However, the relationship didn’t last long and my skills needed to be sharpened. In the early days of our sexual revolutions, any delay could invoke the dreaded, “I’m not sure we should do this!”

I had several high school girlfriends. Being a 6 foot++, 200++ pound athlete with the ability to formulate complex and meaningful sentences was a rarity in my school. I was pursued more than I pursued! Add the fact that throughout my high school career, I took Home Economics every year. For the first 3 years I was the only guy in the class. I would position myself to be among and around women at every possible opportunity! My odds of learning the secrets of women were better every day!

By the end of my sophomore year in High School, I had mastered the bra strap! As if snapping my fingers, the clasps would give way and the bands would part! I would walk up behind the “Favored” females in the halls and “Snap” my fingers just to tease them! They would end up running to the girls room to refasten the clasps. I had gotten quite good at it. Even the multi hooked MONDO bras posed little challenge to me. I would simply snap two or three fingers, if you will. The end result was the same!

As time passed, fewer and fewer opportunities to utilize this skill presented themselves to me. On the rare occasions when I did have a chance to show off my bra strap removal prowess, the activity was nearly ignored. No fan fair! Not even a soul to witness! Just me, the girl and a bra! College became less thrilling rather quickly!

After being married these past 12 years, I have let the skill fade and nearly slip away! It is a rare and ever so infrequent case where I will pull out my bag of tricks and retrieve that ability! Mrs. CXXC will greet me at the door with a great big hug! I will sweep her from her feet nearly crushing her as I do. She laughs and our kiss is both loving and passionate. And with the snap of the fingers…………….
