I will say at the outset that genitalia pictures do not turn me on. But a couple on an online site opened their adult pictures for us. The woman clearly has a dermatological “feature” on her pubic pad. It could be a pimple, a wart, a few other things, some of which are communicable. Is it me?

Also very telling, for us at least, is when their home is a total mess.

 

When you can see junk scattered on the floor, on tabletops etc that is all my wife sees - regardless of the people in the shot.
