Excuse me for asking, but what advantage does a dick pump have over one of the women performing oral on a limp dick?  That's our go-to whenever David or Red has a problem getting it up for subsequent rounds.  It has the advantage that the guy gets further aroused from watching the girl taking him, playing with his testicles, etc.  It works pretty well most times.

I think when guys go soft during play it has mostly to do with nerves and 'performance anxiety.  The issue is usually mental not physical, so oral sex may just add to the pressure to perform.

God, I have the opposite problem. When there is a possibility of having sex with a woman it's not that I can't get it up, I can't keep it down.
