Well it's not just the guys that are all UGH about it because that is the last thing I want a guy doing to me when I am on my period. Actually, because of my problems back then with the horrid pain of cramps and the endometriosis factor, most of the time, my flow was never that heavy; (usually only lasted three days at the most); and I found that the member entering also pushed it back up inside me most of the time anyway. On the rare occasions when I was flowing heavy there was no way I would have let him get near me, I just didn't want to take a chance that I might have to see the mess!

 

But, I guess I was lucky at those unlucky times of month since that husband didn't mind, at all; and it was very helpful to me at that time, too. There was nothing like an orgasm or two to stop those cramps dead in their tracks (no pun intended...lol)

If a woman has "wiped down" and is wearing a tampon, its not a big deal. You likely won't even notice it.
