Swingers and anklets

Hello all,

 

This might be a bit of an odd place for me to be as I'm not in the lifestyle although it sounds like I'd like it ;-)

 

I'm actually hear trying to answer a question that I've had for LONG time. It is my contention that women that wear an anklet have a higher than average libido. I've researched this some and there is some indication that women in the swinging lifestyle use anklets as a way of indicating preferences. I have no idea if this is true or not and rather than propagate the conjecture I thought I'd come to where swingers hang out.

 

I'm just an average guy that is a bit more curious than most.

Nope. Myth tells us that women who swing or people in general who swing do "a lot" of different things to make themselves stand out in a crowd so only the "in" crowd will notice they're a swinger. Colors were supposed to indicate whether they were bi or not.

 

It just isn't so. All the myths of flying a pineapple flag in your yard, wearing a thumb ring, wearing your wedding ring on your right hand, wearing an anklet, wearing a diamond earring in the left ear, wearing your hair up, donning only high heeled fuck-me shoes.... it's all hooey. If you want to know for sure if someone is a swinger, ya just gotta ask 'em.

Haven't heard about the anklet and swinger connection either, but I do like to wear chokers (sometimes with a matching anklet)...we both find chokers to be very sexy and they can also show a side of sexual submissiveness.

I sure would be nice to have some way to show others in the know that you are in the lifestyle in public without being too obvious. Maybe a pendant or some sort of design on an article of clothing or belt buckle. That would be nice but there is always a kook who screws everything up for others.

It's fun how many vanilla people we know, that don't know how naughty we are, that tell us all of the ways to identify swingers...white rocks in the yard...three white rocks in the yard...flamingos in the yard...pineapple flags. We ask them, "wouldn't it be easier to, say, go online to meet people or to find out about clubs?" No...swingers have these rocks!

Mrs. Alura had an anklet (I think it's still around here somewhere...) which read, "HO! HO! HO!." I'm sure it was intended for Christmas, but she liked to wear it to a playdate or when we were meeting a new couple for the first time.

I always was told that an anklet on the LEFT ankle showed you were spoken for and on the RIGHT ankle stated you were available. I guess in the lifestyle everyone would be wearing one on the RIGHT ankle then right

Everyone knows that wearing a anklet on the right foot does not always mean the woman is available. I will say that my wife wears one on her right ankle and she is available.

In the UK it's generally known that wearing an anklet on your right ankle means the lady is "available". I've worn one a few times to be daring - and obviously loads of women wear them without realizing what some people might read into it!
