From what I have observed from reading labels for these types of pills and attending the gym regularly where exercise enhancing drinks and such are sold the most common ingredient is Niacin. I really think that is what helps some guys with that extra rush.

I wish Cialis, Viagra, and all the other things worked for me but the don't. With my insurance, I can get a month's supply for $10 but they don't help. Guess I'll have to try a pump and ring next...

The "KAMAGRA" is "Sildenafil Citrate" which is the exact same thing as Viagra. I have used it now for years with the exact same results as Viagra. The online Pharmacies will accept a doctor's prescription emailed or faxed to them. Also, always buy the 100mg and you can cut them in half or even quarters with a pill cutter if the 25 mg or 50 mg works for you. I learned that trick from my Urologist several years ago. I use all three mg doses depending on how long I want to play and last and replay. There are some generics out there that do not work as well so make sure you specify the Kamagra brand because it is a quality product.

There are various supplements/ herbals that will actually do what they do. In terms of what we're discussing here probably relevant would be vasodilators , hormone precursors , and those reducing prostrate enlargement. Depending on the individual person , and what is going on with their body those , or some combination might or might not help with ( various performance issues).

 

For general health purposes Saw Pametto , low to moderate doses of DHEA , and antioxidents generally show strong likelihood of being beneficial , and minimal risk or side effects.

I have a prescription for Viagra but the Kamagra is way less expensive if it works like everyone says.

 

However when I was googling there are numerous websites that sell it......would anyone care to mention which one or ones are legit or have had good experience with in the past.

If it is okay to post websites on here, I have used 3 different ones with very good luck. The biggest problem is that it takes a long time to get an order from India. The 3 sites are "iservepharmacy.com" , "pharmstore.com" , and "planetdrugsdirect.com"... I purchase about a 6 months supply at a time to get the best quantity discounts and just check these 3 for the best price at the time. I think the first listed one will sell it to you without a prescription, but the other 2 require a prescription. Good luck.

If you have an insurance co-pay on scripts, you are probably going to get it cheaper than paying the overseas price anyway.

 

If not, then it will be hit or miss on what you pay. Prices in general can vary greatly from pharmacy to pharmacy even in brick & mortar locations.

Buying viagra at a higher dose is actually less expensive. Buy the 100mg and buy a pill cutter. For me 25 mg is more than enough so I actually get 4 pills out of each one. My insurance also puts a cap as to how many I can get per month and they don't care what the dosage is. Nurses have been doing that for years (cutting the pills I mean). When a doctor orders for a patient to have 50 mg of a pill and it is not available they split 100mg only cut them as you use them or they will start to break apart

This is kind of belated, but my advice is that I don't think that you will be disappointed! The pump has saved my life. I have been using it since 1994 and am still going strong. I had the same problem with Viagra etc.
