Viagra / Cialis Questions: What if it isn't plumbing & it's mental?

I've run into a few situations where I couldn't keep it up. I have had no idea if it was mental, physical, or some combination of factors. It seems there is no consistency to when and where it happens. Some times I can go and go and go with no problems at all. Other times I hit a flat tire within 10 minutes.

 

The worst time was when I was with a super hot awesome girl and I couldn't keep it up. What's worse, it's happened TWICE with the same girl. I'm about 99% sure it's mental... like I'm actually intimidated by how hot she is and it's messing with my brain which kills the erection.

 

I've thought about popping some pills the next time I'm with her to make sure I don't swing out on the 3rd attempt, but this has got me wondering:

 

Does Viagra / Cialis only deal with plumbing issues or does it also help if someone is having mental issues?

 

For example: Say I can get an erection 100% of the time with my wive, watching videos, etc., but occasionally while swinging I sometimes stumble. I use Viagra/Cialis sometimes when I play. It works good to help overcome the jitters. You still have to be attracted and in the mood. I'm not a man but as far as I know, ED drugs help to make an erection firmer and last longer...however, it won't give you an erection. You still have to be in the mood mentally. Mr. Sun will use it occasionally when we go to parties but unless everything is working upstairs (mentally) and downstairs (equipment) ED drugs won't work. If I remember correctly, sometimes great stress in other parts of your life can be a cause for not getting aroused. And even great fatigue can be a problem, too.

 

Just a warning for those who want to buy their ED generic drugs from an overseas company, be very careful. You might be swindled. My doctor gave me the "It's probably in your head" speech, gave me samples of Cialis to help get through it and told me to come back for more if it helped and I was still having issues. My wife said that's when she knew I was really serious about getting into the lifestyle.

I use cialis because at my age it makes it like I'm 20 again for firmness. Lots more fun! The ED drugs will help with erections issues and it will help overcome some minor mental issues. But it will not help fatigue, alcohol and or a fairly serious mental issue.

NYFlirts I would see a doctor ASAP! Not for the willy but for your heart! The silent killer is hypertension/high blood pressure. I won't drag you through med school but here's the deal. When your blood pressure is high the arteries and blood vessels get beat to hell from the pressure and basically harden. This hardening does not allow for proper expansion and contraction of the 'veins' and therefore can, and often does, cause the lack of or 'deflating' of an erection. See your doc, get on a blood pressure, watch your diet, get some exercise where the heart rate goes up some to 're-train' your heart and body. Get your triglycerides and cholesterol levels checked as well. While you are at it, I don't know your age but, have the doc check your FREE testosterone levels as well along with your vitamin D levels (especially if you are desk jokey most of the day). If you D is low go to Walmart and get D3 skip the D2 and take 30,000-50,000 daily and you'll "FEEL" better. I don't think you situation is a mental issue but more a health issue.

I (he) used to use Viagra and Cialis recreationally but didn't like the side effects or really they thought of taking additional pharmaceuticals. Viagra and Cialas will work for this issue no problem. Basically it will give you easier, quicker and harder erections and the easier part is what you need. I take it from time to time at parties and after taking Cialas in about 30 minutes all my wife (or any other lady) has to do is brush up against it and it's hard. This will give you the little extra push you need and once it's up you should be good (ha, for 36 hours). Try it what do you have to lose. I use Viagra at times because it does help me keep an erection once I get one. In stress situations, an erection can go down quite quickly. Viagra helps me to maintain an erection that I have. Mental stress can prevent an erection and take one down quickly. Viagra doesn't help me get an erection, I have to be into it to get one. But it does help prevent the quick deflations that can come from stress.

 

Side effects are for me quite clear. I no longer get stuffed up as I did the first few times, but there is a physiological effect that I describe as almost a high. If you smoke weed it enhances the weed. I don't find it entirely pleasant, so I try not to dwell on it.
