Jeans - not for the bottom heavy

Recommended Posts

For the past week, Mr. Sun was strongly suggesting that I shop at a certain store to pick up some jeans because one of my favorite pairs have decided enough was enough and developed holes in the knees. I told him that some people pay for their jeans to look that way...I just happen to get them to look like that after years of wear for free! ;) Anyway, he made this suggestion a total of three times before I got the hint and figured out he was serious. Well, now I remember one of the reasons why I dislike jean shopping...I have a big bottom. There's always a gap in the waist at the backside. Or if it fits snugly, the jeans sometimes like to slide down when I bend over--revealing more backside. Or just the whole bottom-heavy thing. Not to mention that I have to find them with an "S" by the size because I'm short. I could go on and on but you get the idea.

Maybe get more of the ones you already love, just that haven't been loved to death yet. Ebay is your friend there - she has a hard time finding jeans with that perfect fit too (I think everyone does actually), and then when she finally found them and had them long enough to know without a doubt they were her personal holy grail of jeans, they were discontinued. Took a while, but we tracked some down on the internet in very gently worn condition, so snatched them up.

Female clothing is a mystery to me. The stated size appears to mean very little since what is X in one is called X in another but it is really Y in that case. Manufacturers could probably up their sales tremendously if they would just come up with a system that makes it easy for us guys to buy y'all stuff. Our minds just don't work well when X doesn't mean X, and we hate getting stuff that has to be returned because it is the wrong size because it disappoints you and we feel like we ought to know your size by now.

I think I could put the space shuttle together from a kit easier than I can understand women's clothing!

I ranted about this to Mr. Sun one time when I was explaining the sizes to him. In fact, I didn't realize how awesome you guys have it when I was shopping with Mr. Sun and he was looking for work pants. "You mean they put the size of your waist and the inseam right there as the size?!? Why don't they do that for women?!?" In mean, you can still make some into skinny jeans, boot cut, tapered, etc. But don't make the number size random from one company to the next!

During the past year, I worked around this whole pants/jean problem and just bought a bunch of dresses to wear. But it's cold now! :(

One word, Tights! I think a woman in tights is hot! Makes me think about getting to take them off of her, kinda like unwrapping an awesome Christmas present :)

I've thought about doing that...maybe I'll buy a pair and do a trial run. :)

I've pretty much lived in either leggings or dresses with tights since October (it got cold early this year). I find them a lot more comfortable than jeans. However, do not despair, because jeans are totally for the bottom heavy. They just need to be the right brand and fit. For years, I wore Gap's Long & Lean, which despite their name were actually for the curvy. Now they're not making them any more, but it'll be a few years before I need trouser jeans and in the meantime their skinny jeans fit fine.

Seriously, there's a jean that fits everyone. Other women with asses swear by Apple Bottoms and my kid loves Lands End because they fit her size 6 waist and several sizes larger bum.

Don't believe all you see........some pairs of men's jeans are not really the size the tag states. I wear a 31 inch waist in my favorite brand and style jean, have for years, but have to wear a 33 in my uniform pants because they are correctly sized. The 31 size jeans actually measure 33 inches at the waist. It seems the fashion industry standard of undersizing clothes has reached into the men's clothing as well.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll have to see if there are any stores nearby that carry those brands. :)

Damn them! The waist-inseam sizing is supposed to migrate to women's clothing!

Yoga Pant

I love those.

I don't know...I tried on a pair the other day and they looked awful on me.

I love camel toe... It's hot.

Go with a dress. I love women with skirts and dresses. My wife will wear a dress when it is warm... I love it. It's so feminine.

Mr Sun should be shot he is sooo wrong.

There is something erotic :facelick: about women wearing jeans with the knee out. I don't know why but the peek-a-boo eroticism really gets to me.

I vote for keeping them!

I loathe shopping for pants in general, but mostly jeans. I always find ones that look great when I try them on, but after a few wears they baggy and falling off my ass. I have muffin top, and not afraid to admit it!! But I hate high ride jeans. And no matter what I buy, I always have camel toe (which hubby loves! And I hate). I have come to the conclusion that women have too many body types for jeans. I don't have any suggestions, just wanted to rant lol.

The Mrs has a larger than average backside to waist ratio - looks great in some outfits, others are not my favorite. Jeans are not one of my favorites - she insists on wearing them. Whenever we visit Medellin she stalks up - they have specialty stores there that sell a wide assortment of different jeans for those with different butt/waist ratios... I prefer her look in yoga or other pants, or skirts, or a dress... and wearing those jeans just looks plain uncomfortable.

Oh I feel this post so so much!  I also have the big booty, thick thighs and skinny waist issue.  Jeans fucking suck.  For years I'd buy for my butt and then would have a gap at the waist I could fit both fists in.  My saving grace this year has been Levi's new extreme motion stretchy jeans.  Now I can buy for the waist and they stretch over my ass.  Hallelujah!

Another option is bdg girlfriend jeans.

I am at the mature end of the swinging demographic as are my play friends. The ladies have their share of curves and character lines and often prefer to wear something when younger, fitter ladies prefer total nudity. This is just to say clothing is totally OK if it makes you comfortable. This is not a photo shoot. This is intimacy and mutual giving. Besides, a little color and texture is nice to see and feel. When I know my partner is shy I can adjust and just observe that as a boundary.

      Now, go shopping.

So my wife has recently underwent a big change. She had a gastric surgery and as a result, she has had a large recent weight loss. She states that she really enjoys the sex we've been having since the surgery. She says it feels different and better since her weight loss, so that aspect of change she loves. What she has had a little issue with, is that with the weight loss, she has lost some of her breast size. She has gone from a full 44 DD down to a 42 C or so. She always had been a more fuller bust gal, but as a result of the weight loss,  she kind of misses the fuller look. Now I admit, I have always been a boob guy, and I love to just curl up on her chest and nuzzle or nibble away no matter what size they wre. Now that she's lost a few cups, she kinda misses them. It's a weird duality that I see her going through.  She's happy with the change that happened, but part of her misses some of the old parts.I didn't know if other women went through this kind of struggle, whether it was a change due to surgery, or weight loss, or any other cause. The pandemic changed the way we dress--or more to the point--stay undressed while at home.

The accompanying poll aims to understand the  current "dress code" inside your home.

I don't like my body. I love sex and how it makes me feel, but I don't like my body. Mr makes me feel incredible, he says he loves my body and to be fair there's nothing to suggest otherwise, he compliments me all the time, not just in bed. He touches me, always got a hand on my bum when we are out and about. But I don't always believe him. He buys me sexy underwear and has a hunger in his eyes is I'm wearing it or even naked. But I put it down to me being good in bed.
I've been bigger than I am now and I've also been smaller, Mrs opinion of how I look has never once changed, but to be fair neither has mine.
I'm hoping that over time my self confidence will grow, there's fantasies that I want to at least be confident enough about myself to at least consider doing (does that make any sense?)
In my mind I'm a sexual goddess and live to share fantasies, in my eyes I'm a woman no one would ever want, except Mr.
Does anyone else feel this way? How did/do you deal with it?

If you could change only "ONE" physical thing about yourself, what would you change?

Used to, Mrs cplnuswing would tease me about my "chicken legs."  We'll just say I've filled out quite a bit since way back then, so not an issue any longer   For me I guess it would be my skin.  I was fortunate as a teenager not to struggle with facial acne, but as an adult have have more problems with acne/boils on my back and butt, so have some red blotchy places and even some small scars from that.

      What would you change?
