CandyCane 33 Posted November 30, 2014 I don't know if this has been discussed before, if it has I'm sorry..... So I am browsing one of the sites we belong to... Some of the pictures are just shocking!!!! A toilet in the background is not sexy.. Can be the hottest person on the planet, but come on... Pick up the dirty clothes, trash, etc. Or then there are the mirror selfies and the mirrors are so dirty... Y'all get what I'm saying. sorry if I'm coming off cranky... Just lack of sleep...who would've thought having a 3 month kitten is like having a toddler...LMAO Ok, off my soap box!! 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
SW_PA_Couple 4,027 Posted November 30, 2014 A similar discussion has been posted, but that's OK. It's about time it was brought up again. People should be made aware of how other people perceive the pictures that they post. I sometimes wonder when I see a picture of a naked woman in a bathroom that some guy simply came around the corner while her guard was down and snapped the picture quickly and subsequently, without her knowledge, put it up on the World Wide Web. As for selfies, I am always suspicious of a picture taken in a mirror and put into a "couple" profile. If you have a partner, what need do you have for doing the picture without help? 2 Quote Share this post Link to post
Glida 250 Posted December 1, 2014 As for selfies, I am always suspicious of a picture taken in a mirror and put into a "couple" profile. If you have a partner, what need do you have for doing the picture without help? I am a huge fan of the selfie. When the house is empty and i've got time to myself I love to strip off, throw on some langerie and snap away with the intention of sending Mr G a barrage of filthy pictures whilst he's busy at work. Some of them end up on our profile which I'm ok with. The whole point of the pictures is to send the message "come home early darling, don't work so hard today, I'm waiting for you" which usually happens. It's our game, a little teasing at 11.00 am brightening up an otherwise normal day. And he loves it and I especially love it if I know he's got important meetings that day. 5 Quote Share this post Link to post

Now there's a good use for a camera phone. Quote Share this post Link to post
M1F2KTJ 473 Posted December 5, 2014 What I find amusing and interesting is the family pictures in the background. Quote Share this post Link to post
MrDiscover 802 Posted December 11, 2014 Other unsexy things we see in pics now and then: very dirty mirrors in selfies (enhanced by the flashlight), kids in the background, faces blocked but fully exposed pics in the background, laundry etc. This all doesn't bother us, it is part of the pic being amateurish. However, details we don't like are things like pics claimed to be local but with UK or US outlets at the wall, foreign drink carton on the nightstand, etc. Or claimed to be taken at home but with a fire escape plan on the hotelroom door clearly visible. shy_couple 460 Posted December 12, 2014 Saw a pic once, selfie in the bathroom mirror, curvy girl in just her undies but the bathroom counter was full of junk and the mirror had toothpaste spit splattered all over it. Gross! Always makes us wonder how clean everything else is? 2 Quote Share this post Link to post
Trophy1802 132 Posted December 13, 2014 Have to definitely agree here with the background of certain pics. Also get concerned about some of the pics themselves on some of the sites........come on people, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but review your pics before you post them as some are more of a turn-off then a turn-on. bbarnsworth 2,663 Posted December 22, 2014 Personally, I'm all for pictures having, shall we say, 'problems'. The people in question do me a favor by de-selecting themselves and saving my wife and I some time 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
Fours Company 169 Posted December 22, 2014 I would include examples of pics taking at a vanilla gathering were other non-LS adults are in the pic with one or both of the couple or in the background. One also sees this a lot on amateur post-your-pic sites with either the vanillas' faces censored or sometimes just half the body cropped out. I mean, how hard is it for someone to take pics specifically for profiles then having to use ones with your vanilla friends or co-workers? The most clueless we've seen though has to have been the one profile pic with the female half posing provocatively over a sports car (which seemed more designed to show off their "status" then her) with her face blurred, but the license plate fully visible! Guest Ready2dewit Posted December 23, 2014 another thing I always get a kick out of are the couples that post wedding pics, like that is the only pic of the two of them they have Quote Share this post Link to post
Brad145 58 Posted December 23, 2014 I could live without heavily photoshopped 'professional' pictures. Give me a real picture of the people we could be meeting, with dirty dishes in the background, at least I have an idea who I'm meeting up with. Quote Share this post Link to post

You mean like the one we have with our profile? Swing lifestyle is not illegal and we are not ashamed of what we do. Quote Share this post Link to post
PB&J 1,086 Posted December 23, 2014 I've said this before somewhere, I think, but on a particularly low-maintenance site we were on, a couple sent us their private key that consisted of a studio portrait of them and their children! And another clueless couple had posted as their profile picture a shot of them with their toddler. No faces fuzzed out. Both times I contacted the site admin and had them dealt with. shy_couple 460 Posted January 12, 2015 But on a more serious note, we understand that people need a little privacy to snap a nude pic or two but we really dont care for the toilet pics. Seems to bee women in the bathroom mirror or men with a pic of their junk over the toilet? C'mon whats sexy about that? Quote Share this post Link to post
