johnstarx5 61 Posted March 14, 2015 Hello: GF and I have flight planned and we are talking about joining the mile high club. She is the free spirit of the relationship and I am the "nervous nelly" of the relationship but I am determined to do this. Any advice experiences to share? Our flight leaves at 7:30 pm ET and arrives at 9:30 pm PT, so we will have some time and some darkness. Quote Share this post Link to post
angelkin 1,326 Posted March 14, 2015 How about sitting in the VERY back of the plane? The bathrooms are too small for me, but if you were so inclined, you could also slip in there during drink service while the flight attendants are otherwise occupied? Good luck! I've always wanted to do it too...I did fool around with a seat mate once, but nothing more than touching under a jacket. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
Chris&Suzanne 204 Posted March 16, 2015 The planes are too full today to be able to pull this off. Back when there were only a few people on night flights and the cabin crew were mostly sleeping you could get away from it. Today I wouldn't recommend it. You would piss off a lot of people if the plane had to land somewhere so they could throw you off. Just my opinion Quote Share this post Link to post

Swing*8701 887 Posted March 17, 2015 You absolutely do not want to do this on a domestic flight. Let me explain this: 1. You will be caught. 2. You will be arrested when you land 3. Depending on the prosecuting attorney it can be as simple as misdemeanor, public indecency, or make an example of you by charging you with some ancient law on the books for a sex crime. 4. you will invest thousands in an attorney . It all has a tremendous potential to end badly. You're not Ralph Fiennes, you're not doing it with a stewardess. Or, it could all be fine. I just no that tin a post 9/11 world, I'm not even difficult with a stewardess. Quote Share this post Link to post
johnstarx5 61 Posted March 19, 2015 Is it illegal and who would have jurisdiction since you are flying over large sections of the country. I do believe if a stewardess knocks and you to stop and you don't then that could be problematic. Just asking Quote Share this post Link to post
johnstarx5 61 Posted March 19, 2015 If I am reading this correctly I do not believe it is illegal How are flight attendants supposed to deal with fornicating passengers? Quote Share this post Link to post
cplnuswing 4,712 Posted March 19, 2015 Is it illegal and who would have jurisdiction since you are flying over large sections of the country. Federal jurisdiction. If I am reading this correctly I do not believe it is illegal While the law might not say "having sex" as part of it, disrupting a flight is certainly illegal, and there are plenty of instances where people have been charged for silly stuff. I would prefer not to leave it up to an overworked and underpaid airline employee who is probably having a bad day as to whether I was being "disruptive" or not, and then beyond that the discretion of some low level prosecutor who would just love a case like yours to get his/her smiling face in the papers again to help climb another rung on the career ladder. A little discrete clothed touchy feely in the right circumstances (dark, blankets, etc), you might get away with. If you want the full on deal, then I'm sure for the right amount of money you can find a pilot to fly you up and circle around while you go at it. Quote Share this post Link to post
GoldCoCouple 4,064 Posted March 20, 2015 ...or get your pilots license and a plane with auto pilot Quote Share this post Link to post
36tncouple 19 Posted March 30, 2015 My suggestion is to find a private/commercial pilot who is in the lifestyle or one that is very discrete with an ATP rating. If they own a plane-GREAT! ...if NOT they can certainly charter or rent one for the occasion-call it an intro flight. A Cessna 206 would cost about $~225 per hour but that should give you room and anything larger than this would certainly go up in cost-anything. Anything smaller is dangerous (weight shifting on small aircraft is BAD). Plan on paying the pilot and give them a gift afterwards-just tell him to leave the names out of hanger stories. Tell the pilot to schedule a sight seeing trip around your favorite landmarks...in a small airplane you can still enjoy the view. I would agree with previous posters...don't try this on any commercial airline. You will end up in a world of sh*t. Quote Share this post Link to post
