Not stains as in grass stains. Just wet spots. I guess you could call it "discharge" but it's just pre-cum. It's not gonorrhea. I must have a lot to give, it just wants to get going!

Yeah, I think probably nearly every guy does to some extent. Some maybe more, some maybe less, but when you get turned on, definitely some pre-cum. In my experience, some women find that extra hot, so instead of a problem, it might actually be a positive turn-on.

How large is your semen output? Perhaps your produce more fluid than the vessels can hold, so it easily leaks out. Unless sex partners are complaining (and I wouldn't) I don't see it as a problem.
