Any advice for a single male?

Are you online on a site? If your grammar there is anything like this post, fixing that could help. Most of the time, couples that are looking for s single male will look for you, not the other way around. You just have to be out there and presentable. If my wife and I were looking for a single male and ran across a profile that sounded like that, we would just move on.

Since a couple has a huge choice of who to contact, why not contact someone who is well educated, funny, has a distinct personality and understands women. A few great ways to keep pesky couples from choosing you:

Poor grammar insinuates you have no concern for the reader, which translates into no concern for your lovers.

I've managed by being patient, and constantly improving my profile. Also managed to locate a single lady who enjoys threesomes & who will join with me and another for that. It is not the perfect solution, matching three schedules & likes/dislikes is difficult, but it has had some results.
