After a little practice, I found it wasn't a problem. Think of it this way. Maybe you're talking to somebody on the phone, and at the same time you're cleaning the kitchen. If somebody knows you well, they might sense a little pause while you look for the sponge, but maybe not.

It’s relatively rare but there are some men who, at least in some circumstances, have essentially a zero refractory time.
 

I’m in my 70s now and two orgasms in an evening, even in a highly stimulating environment, is a fairly heavy lift. Yes, but from my experience, those are few for a man and the time during which he can do it, teens to mid-twenties, short.  It's not just me who can no longer excite a man to a second immediate erection, but it doesn't happen with Lora or Clair or Shannon.  We women, however, can still go on.  And even when he does get around to a second session, very little comes out.

My physical beauty lol. I can’t say blowing your gasket too soon is a good thing, it’s also not a terrible thing.
