It’s relatively rare but there are some men who, at least in some circumstances, have essentially a zero refractory time.

Yes, but from my experience, those are few for a man and the time during which he can do it, teens to mid-twenties, short.  It's not just me who can no longer excite a man to a second immediate erection, but it doesn't happen with Lora or Clair or Shannon.  We women, however, can still go on.  And even when he does get around to a second session, very little comes out.

Can’t think anyone would label me dominant, I have been called submissive or passive in life in general as well as sexual situations. One on one sex I enjoy missionary too for a bunch of reasons including a connection, looking up to see my partner and I still enjoy kissing during sex.  I could go on why missionary and its variations are a perfect position. 
Positions are very situational and I being passive I go along to what others are doing. Sex in larger groups seem to have most doing positions that are different when in small group or private sex.
