Gay to Bi

Lots of discussion here that touch on two points:

 

1. Individuals changing from straight to bi.

 

2. Gay not always tolerant of bi males & females.

 

I'm a bit curious if anyone has any experience with a Gay acquaintance changing to also enjoying sex with the opposite gender. I've occasionally heard of 'bi curious gays', or a very few actually making the transition, but that is all second hand. Anyone have any direct experience in this?

I had to think about this one. I've known a lot of gay men. Some gay forever, some coming out later. Never have I heard of any of them having sex with a woman.

I know a few women that identify as gay, that like a guy now and again. It is more common than I ever thought. Not really sure about any men that identify as gay that like a woman. Although I suspect I have ran into a few.

My wife and I had a very close friend who is a lesbian. And, one of her more frequent quotes was always, "I don't like dick". No, my wife had no interest in women, this young woman was just a friend.

 

OK, long story short, my wife and her sister do a week at a Disney resort every year and she wanted to do something for me in return. Now I don't ride or have a motorcycle but she's heard me refer to Bike Week at Daytona as 'Titties and beer week'. So, she suggested that I make reservations for the upcoming Bike Week. I told her that I didn't think it'd be enjoyable by myself and asked if she'd go with me. She laughed and said that she didn't like beer and wasn't that interested in seeing titties but that our friend, Lisa, would probably love to join me. Lisa does have a Harley.

 

Well, our first night there we had lots of beer and saw lots of titties. Lisa hit on a few women but they were all with husbands and Lisa didn't want to venture off on her own with them so we headed back to our room late that night.

 

We were pretty drunk and got naked and into the separate queen beds.

 

I was just about asleep when Lisa asked if I was horny. I admitted that I was a bit. She said that she was too and we laughed. We talked a little about some of the women we both thought were the hottest and then she asked me if I thought she was hot. I always had and I told her so.

 

After a long stretch of silence, and I was just about to doze off, I felt her getting into my bed. She only whispered that she wanted me to never tell anyone. That was enough said.

 

This happened in similar ways the other two nights we were there and one other time, months later when my wife was out of town and Lisa had come over to drink beer with me and me grill steaks for us.

 

She is a lesbian, for certain, but she sure seemed to be OK enjoying a good friend of either gender.

Hm.. that last sounds a little like the reversal of the usual 'straight guy' doing a little secret bi play.

What a coincidence. We recently had a fun time with a gay couple (2 guys). They both had sex with women before - one of them was even married for 4 years - but that was a long time ago. The way they explained to me is that they experimented with women but didn't find themselves and acknowledged that they like men better until later in life.

 

I just wrote a blog entry about the experience. It was fantastic, but I also know how rare this kind of situation presents itself.
