Great question, enhancer! For me, I think it's not so much any particular sexual act as it is the mind-fuck that leads up to it. The thing that probably gets me going more than anything is seeing "that look" on my intended playmate's face - the look that tells me that I just did or said something that made him lose his composure, that tells me just how much I affect him.
