Do you have, or have you used a queening chair?

We aren't in the BDSM scene, but one piece of equipment used by some in that community has me intrigued. It is the queening chair/stool/throne. Basically it is a type of chair that allows for easy access when performing oral on a female. There seem to be quite a few variations on the design, but I've included one example below.

No, never used one, interesting though. At the risk of letting practicality get in the way of fun, it seems like it would be hard to get things just right to where they are comfortable? If you are 69'ing with her on top, then you both can move and adjust to get lips on lips. With a queening chair, it would have to be adjusted just right or seems like it could be frustrating for both the giver and receiver, not to mention a serious crick in the neck?
