sweetsnspeed 52 Posted January 25, 2017 We have a question about Viagra, Cialis, other Help get it up medications and/or supplements. There is no issue going for one round, but he is interested in going more than one round. If a person who does not have ED takes one of these types of medications/supplements, what effect does it have? Will it make them even harder, last longer, be able to go even though they have already came? Our favorite line in the commercials is "if you have an erection lasting longer than four hours, call a doctor" Doctor? Heck with that, have her call all her friends! 2 Quote Share this post Link to post
EastInWest 1,524 Posted January 25, 2017 I've used Cialis, even in vanilla sex. It really takes the "if" out of the equation. Without it, maybe we wouldn't have sex in the morning because we know we might want to after lunch... and don't want to push our luck with going again that evening. Without it, maybe we would have sex in the morning and then lay around until we have a second session before we get out of bed... but probably not. With it, I know I can do those things "on-demand" - and a few times when it wasn't requested - although I might have a hard time finishing on the third or fourth round that day. If I do use it these days, I only take 5mg. I took 10mg one special weekend early on with the Mrs. and came eight or nine times between dinner on Friday and lunch on Sunday. The Mrs. was a real trooper about it and I'm not complaining either, but I had to apply some moisturizer that Sunday night and needed most of the week to recover. 5mg also really knocked out any confidence issues I might have had when we did swap, since I certainly had no problem in front of others. It's my only recreational drug. Either way, I found the experience, where it's a mild-moderate effect for a few days, much more natural than Viagra, which is basically a one-time deal. Like you said, the first time isn't the issue, so Viagra might not be the answer you want. As far as supplements go, I know B6 and E are supposed to be good vitamins for controlling prolactin levels, which I understand spike after orgasm and signal a man's body that he's done until they drop again. Stress and cortisol levels may also end up driving this, so if a man is experiencing any kind of slowed libido that is likely stress-related, some people think those may help. I know B supplements are good for me in general when I'm under a lot of stress - in bed and out - and seem to do nothing at other times in my life, but it's not like I ran labs or anything, so I can't really say for sure. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
Scaredstiff 129 Posted January 26, 2017 I tried kamagra not sure of the dosage but I took half a tablet, I've never had erection problems beyond just being too drunk. I found the effects quite good, harder erection , a little thicker, a little longer and although I needed a breather after I came , I was ready to go again after about 30 minutes without much stimulation , if I had been in a swinging situation with intense stimulus I probably would have been ready much sooner, also I could still feel the effects slightly the next morning. Side effects were noticeable though, slight headache for a little bit , nasal passages seemed to bung up a little. The pill itself didn't increase my appetite, I wasn't more horny than usual, but the fact my erection was harder than usual got me in the mood quicker , if that makes sense. I'd take it again without much concern but I think reports of four hour hard ons are put out by the manufacturers to sell more pills haha Quote Share this post Link to post
kcjones 59 Posted January 26, 2017 I've tried Cialis, and 5mg lasted the entire weekend. If I took it on an empty stomach, I would get a headache. In bed it was awesome. I felt like a sexual superhero. I found that I didn't cum as easily while on it, which could be a plus for some men. For me it reduced the refractory period to almost nothing. 2 Quote Share this post Link to post
DjRayder 43 Posted January 27, 2017 I've tried Viagra and Cialis. I don't have ED but during swinging parties or sex in general I use them. Viagra I use for impromptu situations where you know you are going to have sex within an hour or so, after I came I recovered in five minutes. Draw backs are the headaches which I don't mind. Cialis works better but have to take it like a day before for the full affect. It works great had above average thickness, recovered quickly. Quote Share this post Link to post
landr2b 16 Posted January 27, 2017 Try drinking about 16 ounces of water after you take viagra, it seems to help with my headaches. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post

sweetsnspeed 52 Posted January 30, 2017 Okay, now our next question is, what is the best way to go about acquiring them? Just go to the doctor and tell them you have trouble getting an erection (which is not true), or do the online mail order without a prescription thing? If the common method is the latter, what site(s) do you prefer or have had good success with? Don't want to risk getting a baggy of oregano (or worse) when we are looking for the real stuff, if you know what we mean. Quote Share this post Link to post

Don't want to risk getting a baggy of oregano (or worse) when we are looking for the real stuff, if you know what we mean. I've used Kwikmed, which sells the 5mg "daily use" formulation. (They aren't cheap, though.) You're given the questionnaire and written a proper prescription. I don't think you'd have a problem asking your doctor for samples directly. You don't have to be dramatic and make up some story, just "I'm not always feeling as confident as I think I should and was wondering if I could try some and see if it helps." (Which is not untrue, even if we are perhaps more demanding of our erections than the average consumer.) I got a free box for my trouble. 2 Quote Share this post Link to post
adamgunn 1,460 Posted February 1, 2017 Very simple to ask your doctor. Simply say, "I'd like to see if an ED medicine would be right for me." My PCP never even bothered asking me why, he simply wrote me a prescription, gave me free samples. Your doctor is used to this - that's her/his business. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
GoldCoCouple 4,065 Posted February 2, 2017 How about this for a question: Which gives 'more bang for the buck'? Checking GoodRX shows that 10 5mg tabs of Cialis runs about $10 but 10 100mg tabs of Viagra run $53 a tab (!!!). I understand that you can split the Viagra tabs, but you can't split them more than two to four times (apparently they spent a lot of time finding a shape that is hard to split) making each dose $13-$26 each. Can you split Cialis and get a similar result? Is it worth the extra $$$ for Viagra...with the side effects? Is there somewhere online that actually sells either for a lesser price (and not be getting aspirin or some other fake product)? Quote Share this post Link to post
padoc 1,703 Posted February 2, 2017 Prices for these pills are outrageous in the US. We get 20 mg generic cialis from a mail order pharmacy in Canada. It figures out to about $3 a pill. I believe viagra is available too at a similar savings. There is no difference in the effect that we've seen between the $20 US tab and the online version. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post

Scaredstiff 129 Posted February 2, 2017 I bought some from a sex shop , I don't think they are legally allowed to sell them in the UK as they need to be prescribed by a doctor, although online doctor seems to cover that too. The place I got mine was a right dump of a place , looked dodgy as anything, I felt dirty just being in there, but I took a pill anyway and it worked a charm, I don't suffer with ED but it was definitely harder and a bit thicker than usual Quote Share this post Link to post
padoc 1,703 Posted February 3, 2017 Big Mountain Drugs. I don't remember how I found them…it may have been an add on a swingers site but have used them several times and find them completely reliable. You need a genuine rx for the medication and it takes several weeks for delivery, check or credit card but I've never had a problem. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
oc1234 435 Posted February 3, 2017 My insurance does not cover Viagra or Cialis so they are prohibitively expensive. When I went to a urologist for a slightly elevated PSA and asked, he told me he could get me 20 mg Sildenafil Tablets for $2/tablet. That works out to $10 for 100 mg compared to $50 or more for the regular 100 mg tablets of Viagra. The 20 mg tablets are convenient so you can experiment what dosage works best for you. Not everyone needs the max recommended 100 mg. Sildenafil 20 mg tablets are used for pulmonary hypertension, which is why they are available so cheaply locally. My urologist works for a urology group that has number of offices in the area and has its own pharmacy. The urology group is very pro sex even for us older patients. Sexykitty6364 38 Posted February 3, 2017 Revatio (Sildenafil) -- a prescription medicine used in adults to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension. HOWEVER, it is also chemically the SAME DRUG as Viagra. You can get a 30 day supply at Sams Club for about $10. Do your own research and then ask your doctor. My husband has this very script for big weekends/parties and it works exactly the same as Viagra does. Quote Share this post Link to post

Sexykitty6364 38 Posted February 5, 2017 You need a script. Are there any doctors in your area that work with low testosterone? My hubby goes to a "low T center" every week for his testosterone shot and that doctor is who gave him the script. Quote Share this post Link to post
Guest Posted May 21, 2017 I think its down to the specific person. Some people take Cialis and get hardly any effect at all other than headaches / bloodshot eyes / dizziness, but they can take Viagra and it works great. Other people take Viagra and get headaches / bloodshot eyes / dizziness, but they can take Cialis and it works perfectly. I have tried both before, Cialis does nothing at all for me. I much prefer Viagra. The only draw back to Viagra in my experience is if you take it after / just before a big meal it basically doesn't work. If I'm having a long evening of MFF I often break a tablet in half and take that. I find breaking the tablet into half or even quarters helps it get into the system faster Quote Share this post Link to post
EastInWest 1,524 Posted January 10, 2019 I thought somebody might find this useful: It's not that I'm shy to ask my doctor about an ED med, I just feel uncomfortable asking him for something that we both know is recreational on a regular basis as we have a good working relationship. So I order online. Most online prescription services, like my preferred KwikMed, require you to order through them at a high markup or pay a hefty transfer fee, and I end up waiting for sale prices. Of course, that also means I have to be home to sign for the delivery. Yesterday, I finally found one that does online televisits and transfers to your local pharmacy. https://www.lemonaidhealth.com/ My vacation fun kit will be ready at the other CVS I never go to by 4:00. agreatguy 269 Posted January 10, 2019 I have used Viagra and Cialis recreationally use for a quick second, even third, wind and have had good luck. My advice is to be sure to take the lowest dose that works. I've found that 50mg of Viagra or 10mg of Cialis works for me. I'm over 6', around 230# and in otherwise good shape as evidenced by a full cardio work up including nuclear stress test. Cialis takes a little longer to work but lasts longer. For me the effects of Viagra usually last a good 24 hrs so that's enough for a a second or third pop the night we go out and a good erection the next morning. Side effects I deal with are pretty common to either. Viagra: Within the first hour or so I will start to get a stuffy nose, headache and flushing. The headache can be preempted with a dose of Ibuprofen when you take the pill. I haven't used anything for the stuffiness because that hasn't been too much of a bother. Perhaps some decongestant if it is an issue. Same thing with the flushing. I don't know what would combat it but it doesn't last long enough to worry about maybe an hour or so. Heartburn, or maybe more accurately, indigestion has been a big problem for me that is lower down on the list of side effects. This won't be an issue until several hours after taking the Viagra. Perhaps the next morning. The amount I have to drink seems to have some effect on this. I've found that taking a dose of acid reducer at the time I take the Viagra takes care of the heartburn/indigestion. I occasionally will have to take another one the next day but not always. So, the regimen for me is that I'll take 50mg of Viagra about an hour before we leave for the evening along with 600mg of ibuprofen and a 75mg Zantac. By the time we get to the club I'll be in full flush but by the time we start meeting and greeting that will be over. The only thing I'll feel is some stuffiness. The good effects are some pretty impressive erections mostly on follow up. While I still have no issues getting a strong first erection I've managed to get a second erection good enough for penetration and orgasm within 10 or 15 minutes. I never managed that even when I was in my 20s. I was always a one shot and 8 hours of sleep kind of guy. A third has happened within an hour, maybe a little longer. The effects will remain long enough for a good reclamation session the next day at some point. Cialas: Same basic side effects but take a little longer to get started and aren't quite as severe except for the indigestion which will last longer. All can be combated with the same ibuprofen and Zantac although I have needed another Zantac the next day and then into the next. Even when I take Zantac I feel a little bloated the next day and don't really have much of an appetite. Erection strength has been about the same as Viagra including follow ups but it takes longer for Cialis to reach full effect. I would probably take Cialis sometime late afternoon for an evening out. The advantage is that the effects will last 36 - 48 hours but by then I'm naturally reloaded and ready to go. My preference is Viagra. Priapisms are no joke. I recently got a first hand account from a guy who had a priapism from taking a heavy dose, 100mg, recreationally and unprescribed. The condition is very painful and if you wind up at your local hospital ER for treatment, that will be even more painful! Treatment is by having needles shoved in your penis to flush out the non-oxygenated blood and the Dr. injects a drug to counteract the initial medication. If that doesn't work there is always surgery. Failure to treat the condition could lead to permanent damage or even dismemberment??? I'm certainly not a health care pro so this is only a lay opinion/warning. It's best to get a prescription but obviously that won't stop some and even with a script it can still happen. If being used recreationally it's best to start with a small dose, maybe even 25mg of Viagra or 5mg of Cialis if you don't otherwise have ED and see how that works for you. Increase incrementally only until you get the desired effect and don't use any more. I would definitely suggest not using it on successive days. Quote Share this post Link to post

If you don't have an "issue", you don't need to experiment with higher doses. Plus, with Cialis, there seems to be a significant price advantage on 5mg, because it's intended for daily use for people who do have significant ED. I've never taken 20mg of Cialis. I wouldn't want to, and I don't think Mrs. E would want me to, either. Even if nothing bad happened, she's gotta sleep eventually. In my experience, Viagra is much more likely to give me stuffy nose/heartburn. It's just easier to take Cialis on Friday afternoon if I know we're having a three day weekend to ourselves, but that's personal preference. Quote Share this post Link to post

A decade ago my healthcare coverage paid for Viagra. My copay was a dollar per 100mg tablet, which was a heck of a deal. I'm on Medicare now and even with a good Part D supplement there is no ED-med coverage. A couple of years ago my internist wrote me a scrip and suggested I look into some of the Canadian online pharmacies. I researched the matter pretty thoroughly and tried out a couple of them. All of them offer better prices than retail here in the U.S., but I found one Canadian vendor that I can highly recommend. In my experience PricePro Pharmacy (Google it) provides great service, fast delivery and assistance if you require it. The website is very easy to navigate. You can send them a PDF of your scrip via email (or snail-mail if you don't have a PDF-maker app on your phone.) The delivery was in my mailbox in about a week. The price for brand-name Viagra was way less than in the U.S. and better than other Canadian options. For generic Viagra (Sildenafil) I paid $45 USD for 24 100mg tablets, or less than $2.00 per tab. (I use a 25mg dose, so I cut them in quarters with a pill cutter. My wife jokes that may not make me a two-bit fuck, but rather a four-bit one...) 2 Quote Share this post Link to post

HornyToronto 51 Posted January 18, 2019 Adding my two cents worth...first of all, ED can cause serious confidence problems, which leads to even more difficulty getting it up. ED drugs work VERY well for helping these people, myself included. They ALWAYS worked for me! My experience, for what it's worth...I have used Viagra and Cialis both recreationally and as I got/get older, used it because I needed it. Recreationally (when I was younger) Cialis wasn't out yet. The Viagra worked VERY well, gave me a rock hard cock, and I could go forever! I did have side effects though. The most common were headaches, flushing, and esophageal reflux (heartburn). I switched to Cialis and also had great results, even for an old fart. I found the side effects disappeared! The girlfriend and I would go at it for 4,5,6 hours, getting hard MANY times, but only cumming about two times, which isn't a problem for me because sex feels good even when you don't cum. Of course, even better when you do, but my girlfriend was not complaining! One note regarding repeated use mentioned earlier in this thread...Cialis (low dose 5mg) is actually approved for daily dosing so you can be ready to go at moments notice! This was recommended by my doctor, however, I dont. If I know for sure I'm going to have sex on a specific day, I'll start taking it 3-4 days ahead. By the way, ED drugs are also indicated for BPH (Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy - peeing too much, especially at night). So, double the positive effects, especially for old guys like me. You have to use it every day though for effective treatment for BPH. I want to talk about priapism, mentioned earlier in this thread, and the fact that Pharma companies put that in there. They are required by the FDA (in the USA) to report and communicate ANY side effects found during testing before it is put on the market. There is a serious reason why they put the 4 hour hard on rule into effect. So no conspiracy! Prapism is a VERY serious problem that you don't want for sure! Let me relay a personal experience... I was in the emergency department for an unrelated illness, which turned out to be cancer, but that's a whole other story. I was separated by only a curtain from the bed beside me. A younger couple came in and they were joking about how they had sex the night before and he still had a stiffy. The doctor came in, told them the blood in his penis had become congealed, what the procedure was to alleviate it, AND, he would NEVER have any erection again! NOT something to laugh about! Anyway, I hope that shines a light on the use of ED medication. Cheers, HornyToronto 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
HornyToronto 51 Posted January 21, 2019 FAKE NEWS!!! (the Onion). First of all, there is no way any corporate executive in the Pharma industry would make this statement. It would put the whole industry in question. Secondly, EVERY drug goes through extensive testing before it's allowed on the market. At least 10 years worth! There is no way the FDA would allow a "placebo" drug on the market. I also challenge the "confidence" thing. I can guarantee that these drugs are effective (from personal experience). I had cancer many years ago which affected my ability to get a stiffy. Not any more, thanks to Viagara and Cialis. The statement regarding Zoloft is utterly ridiculous. If you read the contraindications for ANY antidepressant it will list that reduction of sexual desire and ability as a potential side effect! MarniJohn 172 Posted January 24, 2019 I am a bit surprised that I haven't seen people mention that Cialis is not an "on the spot" drug. Cialis is to be taken daily, not an hour before. It will not work like Viagra because they are different drugs. Viagra is taken an hour before sex is expected, Cialis is taken daily for ED. That would explain why the majority of comments dismiss Cialis saying it didn't work for them. Quote Share this post Link to post

Hotwifeswinger 38 Posted April 26, 2019 Wow is all I can say about Trimix. Used by all the porn industry. One tiny injection and ready to go in 5-20 minutes. Don’t normally use anything with just me and my wife but I like to have a little guarantee in swinging situations. It’s a little tricky figuring out the correct dose and takes a little experimentation. Get it right and stay hard for 2 hours even after ejaculation. Too much and you could end up in the emergency room although I will say, that really wasn’t that embarrassing. Dr gav3 me one small shot, didn’t 3ven feel it. Brought me down in under 10 min. That was after being hard for like 5 hrs. That was during my experimenting of the dosage. You hear so much About guys who can’t get it up in swinging situations. Not with this stuff. Must be prescribed by a urologist. Cheaper then viagra. Like any medicine, just don’t abuse it. Quote Share this post Link to post
Guest Posted May 12, 2019 Personally I find that VIAGRA or other none branded "Sildenafil" based tablets are the best and often most useful for a group sex situation, which is for a variety of reasons. Having tried other forms of ED based medications such as Cialis I'd say for me Viagra / Sildenafil medications are a clear winner. Firstly several things I'd explain are: 1: Price: Yes if you buy proper branded Viagra it can be fairly expensive. However in today's world this is a fairly common thing. If you buy proper branded Nike trainers they are going to be expensive. If you buy proper branded Levi jeans they are going to be expensive. However there is hundreds of none branded products that contain the exact same ingredients, and do the exact same job at a fraction of the cost. People often moan about the price of Viagra, however if they preform a Google search for "Generic Sildenafil" they will often find various well respected pharmacies selling alternative versions of Viagra and in most cases the only really difference is they don't have the word "Viagra" stamped on them. I agree that Sildenafil medication's are generally not that cheap but you also have to factor in "How much will you use them?" are you actually planning on having sex, or even group sex everyday? Do you actually need erectile medication simply to have sex with your partner alone, or do you simply need erectile medication for that once or twice a month threesome? In my experience a lot of active swinging couples do not have threesomes everyday of the month, in fact once you factor in working / cleaning the house / hobbies / friends / other responsibilities I'd say a lot of couples (even active ones) are lucky to have a few group sex meetings in a month, in which case using Sildenafil medication for those 2 or 3 meetings in a month isn't actually that expensive. If you plan to have sex every single day of the month, if you plan to take Sildenafil every single day then sure it would be expensive. But generally just using it once, twice, or even three or four times a month isn't that expensive at all. I personally spend more on coffee per month than I do on Sildenafil medication. In fact some erectile drugs you are suppose to take everyday so the drug gradually build sup in your system, but Sildenafil doesn't work like that, you are only need to take Sildenafil (AKA Viagra) if you ARE going to be having sex shortly after. So overall I'd say NO the price isn't that expensive if at all if your only going to use it when you actually need to. 2: Side Effects: The other common problem I hear people saying about Sildenafil medication is the "Side Effects" which can often include things such as headache / red blushed skin / excessive temperature, plus various others. However in my honest experience those side effects generally only happen the first 2 or 3 times that you take Viagra. That in all honesty the side effects do lessen once your body has become use to taking the medication, or at least that is my honest experience. I'd say in a lot of cases people take Viagra / Sildenafil based medication and they end up with a thumping headache and feeling really warm like they have a fever, and they suddenly think "No Not For Me" and instantly decide that Sildenafil medication doesn't agree with them. I mean "Nope it gives me headache" and then never try it again. However in many cases if you take it another 3 or 4 times over the following weeks the side effects drastically reduce. This in some respects is like a teenager drinking a few beers and then throwing up all over the place and feeling awful, yet after drinking 4 or 5 times the same teenager can now drink 4 or 5 beers without been sick. Where Viagra is concerned I'd also say a lot of people take the wrong dose. That if you have never used Viagra shoving a 100mg tablet straight down your neck will probably cause harsh side effects. Try the 25mg tablets first, then the 50mg tablets. Start with a lower dose (even cut a tablet in half) and then move on to a higher dose if needed. Overall however I'd say don't simply give up because it gives you a headache after sex, instead keep trying for at least 4 or 5 times over the following weeks and you generally will find such side effects begin to fade away as your body gets use to the medication. 3: Pill Cutting: Just so you are aware you CAN cut Viagra / Sildenafil pills in half. Some people will instantly jump up and say "NO YOU CAN'T" and will try saying that Viagra has a special slow release coating so your stomach slowly digests the pill and doesn't cause your body to suddenly be overloaded with chemicals. However this is actually wrong, the manufacturers of Viagra actually state you CAN cut pills in half and even sell a special branded pill cutter for this exact reason. Most of the leaflets you get with Sildenafil medication state that you can cut the pills in half. For some years now I have bought the bigger 100mg tablets and then cut them all in half to 50mg tablets and that works for me fine. In fact one of the best things I like about Sildenafil medication is the fact that you can cut them in half which gives various responses, which are detailed below. 4: Response Times: I'd personally say this one of my favourite aspects about Sildenafil based medication, because how you cut / and how you take the medication can have very different response rates. I honestly find this extremely useful, for example: Whole Pill: Most people are aware that Sildenafil / Viagra comes with a blue coating. The actual medication itself is white and tastes bloody foul, so they coat the tablet in a blue coating that will dissolve once it hits your stomach acids. Probably the main reason that suppliers coat the medication is because it doesn't taste that nice. However if you take an entire pill with the coating then in many cases you will need to wait 60 to 90 minutes before it really takes effect. This is useful if your out somewhere with a sexual partner and plan to catch a taxi home, perhaps sit and have a coffee, then you are fairly sure you will be having sex. Personally I NEVER take a whole pill anymore as actually 60 to 90 minutes is a long wait. When I first used the medication I tuck whole pills only to find the person / people I was with wanted sex inside 20 minutes meaning the medication had not even began working yet. In other cases I tuck an entire pill with blue coating in tack and 60 minutes later found the person / people had changed their mind about sex, for example they had got an emergency phone call from a family member / had simply become to tired after waiting for 60 minutes, meaning I had taken a Viagra pill and had no one to have sex with. Half Pill: If you cut the pill in half you are obviously breaking the blue coating meaning the pill will dissolve much faster in your stomach and will usually take about 20 to 30 minutes to start working which is ideal for a lot of sexual situations. For example a women will arrive at my house and I'll take half a Viagra pill. We will then sit and chat for 20 minutes and drink a tea or coffee, after which we will begin having a kiss and cuddle and only a short time after my penis is rock hard and ready to fuck. Broken Pill: I 'd say over the years I have found this to be most useful, as basically if you take a 50mg tablet (which is a fairly standard dose) and you cut or even bite that pill into 3 or 4 small chunks and then swallow with water then it will start to take effect in around 15 minutes flat. This can be extremely useful for those on the spur sexual moments, those times where you wasn't really expecting to have sex but suddenly have the option of jumping in bed for some fun. I remember some years ago I met a student girl in a nightclub and spent a nice evening chatting, the following day we met for coffee and she invited me back to her house. I was not actually expecting sex and thought we would just get to know each other better, that she didn't seem like the type of girl just to jump straight into bed. However on getting to her house we spent an hour chatting when she fairly openly asked if I wanted to fuck? I said YEAH, and quickly asked to use the toilet. Heading into the toilet I tuck half a Viagra pill out of my wallet and simply bit the pill into 4 or 5 small chunks and swallowed it down with water, and about 15 minutes later was laid in bed slamming my dick into this new student girl I'd just met. Broken Pill & Hot Drink: This is by far the fastest method I have encountered, but like above if you take half a pill (lets say a 50mg dose) and you bite or cut that pill into 4 or 5 small chunks before you swallow them, AND THEN you quickly wash those down with a hot cup of tea or coffee (I do mean HOT freshly made) tea or coffee and you take 3 or 4 good gulps to wash the medication down then sure it will start taking effect in as little as 10 minutes. Some years ago now I'd take girls back to my house and would spend some time chatting, then I'd ask them if they wanted sex? If they said yes I'd simply make us a hot drink, quickly break up a Viagra pill into 4 or 5 small chunks and wash it down with hot tea and within as little as 10 minutes I'd feel the pill starting to take effect. In some cases I'd arrive at a girls house and before knocking on the door I'd break up a 50mg pill into 4 or 5 small chunks and wash it down with a fizzy drink (sometimes an energy drink like Red Bull) and then would stand outside and have a smoke, and sometimes would jump up and down on the spot and "Swish" the contents of my stomach around to dissolve the medication even faster. 5: Drinks: It is also worth noting that some drinks will speed up the effect of medication, where others will drastically slow it down or even hinder its effects. Generally very thick drinks such as milk / milk shakes / think fruit smoothies will slow down the effects by a good amount, they can even drastically reduce the overall effect. Where as hot drinks, or watery caffeine based drinks such as energy drinks or fizzy pops will help the pill break down very quickly. This is actually a known medical fact, but the reason a lot of cough or cold medications have caffeine is not only to wake you up a little and keep you alert, but because caffeine actually helps your stomach to absorb medication quicker. As a rule of thumb I'd totally avoid drinking heavy thick drinks such as milk / milk shakes / thick smoothies when taking Viagra like medications. Instead wash it down with water or a drink such as tea, coffee, fizzy energy drink and the medication will take effect faster and give a better overall effect. 6: Food: One bad thing about Viagra / Sildenafil based medications is they basically don't work hardly at all if you have recently ate a meal. In some cases (years ago) I'd eat an evening meal and then maybe 1 hour later would take a Viagra pill and because my stomach was busy digesting the meal I'd just eaten the pill not only takes 2 or 3 times longer to take effect, but the overall effect it has it reduced by about 50% if not a little more. My general rule of thumb is NOT to eat for 3 or 4 hours before taking Viagra, that actually Sildenafil based medication works best on an empty stomach. This can be fairly annoying because if you do EAT FOOD and then take Viagra you can often end up stuck in a "Limbo State" that basically you have just taken a pill but the food in your stomach has basically stopped it working and you can end up waiting several hours before you start feeling a much milder effect. However food and Viagra like medication also has its uses, for example if you take Viagra, and you have sex (sometimes have sex 1,2,3, or even 4 times) then after you have finished having sex you eat a meal then it will help lessen any side effects after. For an example, you take a Viagra pill, you have sex several times, after you still feel a bit hot or flushed, maybe have a slight headache then simply by eating a meal it will lessen those side effects. In my honest opinion however if you eat a meal BEFORE taking Viagra (within 3 or 4 hours before taking Viagra) you are basically just wasting a Viagra pill. I did experiment with this some years ago now, for example I'd invite a girl to my house and would take a Viagra pill and give it 15 minutes to start breaking down in my system. Then we would eat a meal, and I thought "Cool the Viagra pill is already breaking down into my system, so now I can eat and we can have sex after" Basically I was WRONG, all that happens is the food nullifies the Viagra. In my personal experience at least eating food before taking Viagra, or at the same time as taking Viagra is just a totally wasted Viagra pill. For the best / strongest / quickest effect I take Viagra on a empty stomach meaning you get the full 100% effect of the medication, then after any sex is done I then eat which also helps to dampen any small or lingering side effects. 7: Repeat Sex: Generally if I take Viagra and have sex, then if I take a break after of about 15 to 20 minutes I generally can get a full erection again and have more sex. However sometimes what I have done is take a 50mg tablet of Viagra and have a really nice threesome, then after everyone has finished I'll simply pop in to the toilet and take another small chunk of Viagra. Lets say maybe 10mg or 15mg which I use as a "Top Up" to the medication I had earlier. Generally however if I have sex then I need to wait about 15 minutes before having sex again, but sure using Viagra I can actually have sex 2,3,4 times in a single evening, as long as I have small breaks in between. My advice here would be to take a dose of Viagra and have sex. Once you have finished having sex take a 15 to 20 minute break then try having sex again. If for whatever reason you can't have sex again, then retire to the bathroom and take another small chunk of Viagra such as 10mg / 15mg small chunk and then wait another 15 minutes and try having sex again. During many threesomes I have enjoyed some really nice sex and then simply retreated to the bathroom and taken another small chunk of Viagra and 20 minutes later am having another long threesome session with the girls. I guess the overall message is either wait and have a rest then try again, or simply have a very small top up amount of Viagra and then try again within 20 minutes. I guess some people are different, some people can have sex then simply get hard again within seconds, some people such as myself can get hard again after a 15 or 20 minute break, some people can not get hard again at all or would need a much longer break. 8: Sexual Stimulation: Most people know this already but it is vital to understand that Viagra doesn't actually give you an erection unless you are comfy and sexually aroused by the situation. Viagra ir any Sildenafil medication is NOT a magic pill that will make your dick hard for hours on end. It simply helps you get an erection if you are turned on by the situation. This does sometimes trick men. For example lets say a man is sexually shy / nervous / afraid / doesn't feel comfy or aroused by the situation. The sure he can take Viagra and still not get hard properly. If however he is attracted to the person he is sleeping with, does feel comfy, isn't nervous and wants to have sex then he will get hard and stay hard. Viagra simply helps you get hard and stay hard, it doesn't just magically make a nervous person get hard. OVERALL: I have used Sildenafil medication for some years now and as it stands I usually buy 100mg tablets and cut them in half. When I know I'm going to be having sex I will crush up that 50mg half into 3 to 5 small bits and will simply drink it down with a drink. Then usually about 15 to 20 minutes after I'm fully ready to have sex. I never take a complete / whole tablet any more because like stated you can be waiting 60 to 90 minutes for them to even work, in which time the entire situation can change. When I first began to use Viagra I'd take an entire pill with the blue coating in tact and 60 minutes later when it had began working the girl I was with had fallen to sleep. I like Viagra because it gives me the option to be fully ready for sex in the time frame I want, either really quickly, or slowly. However I'd not suggest taking it if you already have other serious medical conditions or are taking other medications, if this is the case I'd speak with your doctor first. Guest Posted June 17, 2020 I have a question that maybe a man that uses viagra can help me with. I looked online about it and didn't find the answer. I was visiting my friend this weekend and there is a man that she has been lovin on for fun. He just showed up needing a hook up. He fucked her with a lot of energy for a long time. He didn't cum. He was hard as a a rock and desperate to cum. We took turns jerking his dick hard for a long time until he finally had his orgasm and ejaculation. She told me that he gets loaded up on viagra and comes over all wild eyed needing relief. I think relief is the good description. Does the viagra make men super horny or have a need to have an orgasm? I know what the pill is supposed to do. She says he shows up with an erection and fucks like a wild man until he cums. padoc 1,703 Posted June 17, 2020 If he is "loaded up" on viagra it is likely that he is NOT taking the med as directed. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
lcmim 1,082 Posted June 17, 2020 Having an erection may inspire being horny, but I doubt any chemical connection with the Viagra. Maybe he is mixing drugs? Extacy? Perhaps he is just manifesting some mind issue that makes him need the connection? 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
njbm 2,871 Posted June 17, 2020 I use 50 mg of Viagra. The generic and Canadian versions are just as effective, but less effective. I have had some “round 2s” for the first time in many years. Highly recommend for occasional use. As for the above question, sounds like more drugs than Viagra involved. Quote Share this post Link to post
EastInWest 1,524 Posted June 24, 2020 To the question about Viagra, in my experience this is a thing that can happen. You're aroused, but more hard and responsive than you would otherwise be with the same level of arousal. Might be a byproduct generally of taking more than you need, which, if you're using it solely recreationally, is "any". One of the reasons I prefer Cialis is because that never happens with the longer-acting product. It's infuriating to fuck to the point of literal exhaustion, not be able to cum, and still have a hard-on. Probably true that mixing with drugs/alcohol worsens it, but I can't say.
