Jjlushyes 15 Posted January 31, 2017 I could use advice on how to find like minded people in my city. Quote Share this post Link to post
two4youinswva 3,068 Posted January 31, 2017 Hi there! If you join a swingers ad site, like SLS or Swingtowns and place an ad stating what you are looking for, you will probably get immediate replies and inquiries. From there you can network to find where the locals gather, whether it is at a club or some time of house party circuit. Take your time sorting through the ad replies though. Better to go slow and find a great match than it is to rush in and grab the wrong one. Good luck! 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
GoldCoCouple 4,068 Posted January 31, 2017 Up at the top there's a tab that says Find Swingers. Click there and most sites will let you set up a free profile (with limits on how many emails you can send). Start there, find out which sites have the most people in your area, and go from there. GuyInMD79 1,500 Posted February 1, 2017 You've already gotten a couple of links to sites. At the risk of being partially redundant, some of the sites I've heard of are SLS, SDC, SZC, Swingtowns, APG, Kasidie, and Quiver. Whichever site you choose (and SLS is a good place to start), you can put up a fun and interesting profile that tells people about you, and describes what you are looking for. And do include a couple of pictures- profiles with pictures get more attention! The pics don't need to be naked or anything, and don't even need to include your face (though it might be a good idea to have a face picture in a private gallery on the site, or otherwise ready to share with people when you're ready to meet them, so they know who to look for!). Your chosen site will likely also have a way for you to join up with groups there. These groups might share a common interest, or may hold meet-and-greets near you. Meet-and-greet groups are a great way to begin meeting people in your city! Your chosen site may also have listings of the lifestyle clubs in your area. They may also have announcements for special events or theme parties at the clubs. I'll give you one example of both groups and clubs in action on one of the sites. The site I joined first after getting started in the lifestyle (well, right after joining SwingersBoard, of course!) was SLS. They have club listings, and most of the clubs also have groups in SLS for their club. In those romps, they list their parties each Friday and Saturday as a group event. You can sign up to attend the event right there on the group page, see who else is coming, and check out their SLS profile. Quote Share this post Link to post
