JustAskJulie 2,595 Posted May 9, 2017 I received this question and was asked to share it: I am new here and thank you for this wonderful resource. Fairly new to the LS as I have a fwb I have had multiple threesomes and foursomes, and a moresome. We went to a house party I found on CL and I had an amazing time! Inflatable mattresses and all. There were a few annoying single guys so I was especially glad my friend was with me. Unfortunately it seems that party has been on hold, remodeling I think, haven't seen it listed. I later found another party on CL my friend was unable to attend. Because of the way the co-host communicated with me I felt comfortable enough to go solo. I am surprised at myself but again had a really great time. I made sure the host had my # and sent him a thank you text. A few weeks later I saw it listed as a nonspecific date but setting the guest list. I figured the host had my contact info and I didn't want to seem pushy so I didn't respond. And I haven't heard anything more. Moving forward my fwb is not always available but don't see the female seeking mfm tips listed. I mean with others than my current fwb. I have been hesitant to put on ad on the sites but perhaps that is the best way. Any other advice? I actually like having a guy with me, just feels safer, also less awkward than walking in alone. JustAskJulie 2,595 Posted May 9, 2017 My response: I think you do have to be persistent with groups that you want to take part in. Sometimes people just forget to add new numbers or names to the list. If you have their info reach out to them and let them know you are still interested. I can definitely understand being more comfortable as part of a couple or at least going with a single guy. I was there when I was single and it was difficult to show up by myself, especially if I didn't know people. I would definitely suggest setting up a profile online - perhaps on SLS and if nothing else using it to find other parties, groups, or clubs that you might enjoy. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
