Anklets - what is the true meaning?

Good day,

 

I'd like to ask a question about ladies wearing anklets. I intend to buy my girlfriend some pretty jewelry to decorate her foot, and she is very enthusiastic about the idea. She would love to be wearing this kind of ornament, but simultaneously she is considering a few troubles. She read some articles about the topic and it turned out that anklets shows a hidden meaning about a wearer. It is supposed to be favored by hotwives and lesbians, who are willing to have an accidental sex and therefore want to attract potential partners. Some say for example, that a lesbian needs to put an anklet on her right foot.

 

So that is where appears my question to people, who are familiar with the subject. How does a woman need to choose ornaments on a chain to be avoided of receiving any strange propositions? Are there any gems, signs, symbols put on an anklet that can guarantee not to be qualified as hotwife or a lesbian?

Only if you wife wears an ankle bracelet that reads "I'm a bull dyke" or similar such will she have any worry.

This is old stuff. Grandma told me years ago that girls shouldn’t wear anklet chains, it meant that you were, in her words, a loose woman. Always wondered how granny would know such a thing.

Until I did a search because of your question did I find out that you are right...ish. I did find several sites that say an anklet is a sign that a woman is a hotwife:

Although they quickly show an anklet with the female symbol and two male symbols or the letters H W (or in special cases the letter Q and the spades symbol indicating that the woman is interested only in black men). This, however, is the first time I know of it being brought up here as a sign (hotwives fall under the swinging umbrella) and we have talked about swinger signs and indications more than a few times with this never making the list (black rings, Tide boxes in the window, white landscape rocks all made the list). Personally, I find anklets attractive and have never connected them to anything other than being jewelry. I think that as long as you stay away from certain letters it should be okay...but then again, you are asking the question on a swingers site.

My wife used to wear ankle bracelets. This question has come up several, citing both ankles as the meaningful one.

 

Laura decided that her right leg would denote she was a swinger and wore it there. She really relished the idea she was announcing she was a swinger but nobody would know to ask. Nobody ever did.

That's the problem with a 'secret symbol'. Once the secret gets out, nobody wants to use the symbol (since it 'says' what they are).
