What is the average age of swingers at events

My gf and I are thinking about going to the loft in ATL, and are curious as to what to expect age wise. I have almost no doubt we'd be the youngest there at 22. We're wondering if there will be anyone near our age though, or will it all be people who are 35+.

Can’t speak for down south in the states, but the two clubs up by where I live both cater to different ages. That being said, there’s always exceptions.

 

Even the “young club” averages 30+ for dudes and 25+ for ladies.

You are likely to be among the youngest. Not a bad thing. Many couples do not feel secure enough in their relationship for many years (sometimes decades) to consider swinging. Do not let that stop you. Learn from them.

I recall reading somewhere that the average age for swingers is mid-40's but I have no idea how they arrived at that number. In my experience, it really depends on the community. The club we go to ranges from 20's to 60's and up. Everyone's welcome, everyone's friendly. I've been to other clubs that were more narrowly focused and not as welcoming to others folks. It really depends.
