What is it and why had i never heard of it? Sounds like something that affects women and not symtomatic in men.

This causes the "classic" tuna-fish-boat smell. Yes, men can get it too. I got in when my wife got it and it hard to say which one of us first got it. Does not matter anyway. The pills have a metallic taste but work within just a few days. Good policy to tell any people with whom you have recently been intimate as it is possible that it shows no symptoms.
