This Sunday evening just past we were introduced to the Lake Como Family Nudist Resort. The difference from Paradise Lakes Clothing Optional Resort are subtle but we are learning to appreciate them. I will say more on this difference in future posts.
All visitors are required to check in at the front office (no "gate" exists). You tell the office manager your reason for wanting to be inside of the resort. Acceptable reason seem to be going to the restaurant (our reason), visiting a resident, or just to look around. We were given a paper form that a waiter would need to complete as we were leaving. The waiter wrote the time that we went out the door and we presented this paper to the office manager (along with our restaurant credit -card receipt) as we drive out. I assume that if too much time had elapsed between leaving the restaurant and going out of the resort, uncomfortable questions would have been asked. To assure that we would return with the proper documents, the office employee kept our drivers licenses while we were inside.
The Lake Como restaurant has a menu a bit more varied than the menu of the Waters Edge Bar at Paradise. The quality of the food is about equal. Neither Lake Como or Paradise Lakes have food equal to Caliente. My overall impression is that "condos" at Lake Como are not so much like condos as like double-wide trailers those trailers being separated on average just far enough apart that you could easily maintain your patch of grass with a weed whacker. Every person at the restaurant with whom we spoke expressed complete happiness with the resort, the activities available, and their living arrangements.

Does anyone know what the swinger climate is like at Cypress Cove these days? Anyone have any experience swinging there or have suggestions?
Thanks!

Like many of you, we've grown completely fed up with quarantining and decided it was time to step out of our voluntary social isolation.
We've been breaking quarantine by visiting naturist (nude) beaches. We reason they provide the ideal opportunities to break quarantine without any meaningful possibility of exposing ourselves (or anyone else) to COVID-19, yet still provide a sensual, relaxing, and welcoming environment to socialize with like-minded couples and individuals.
With a part-time residence in SW Florida, we are fortunate to have access to a handful of legal naturist beaches available to us within comparatively short drive times. Currently, our favorite location is Blind Creek Beach on Hutchinson Island, a barrier island located immediately south of Ft Pierce, Florida, on the east coast. Although Blind Creek Beach was an "unofficial" nude beach for many years, just recently it was "officially" sanctioned as a clothing-optional recreational area by local authorities. Unlike so many of Florida's other beaches, Blind Creek Beach is very under-utilized during most days, especially during the week.
Note this is not a commercialized area. There are no showers, lifeguards, or concessions. There are a couple of portable toilets at the entrance to pathway to the beach.
If you happen to live nearby or plan on visiting the area, please let us know. We're interested in making new friends with nice couples and singles. Unfortunately, we are not ready to immediately resume playing at this time, but we'll be "first in line" for the upcoming COVID-19 vaccine and plan on returning to our normal activities as soon as practicable.
Stay healthy and safe,
Andrew and Ann

The girlfriend and I are looking at spending a week at Paradise Lakes in February. We know this isn't a swingers resort, but it happens there.
We love our local Nudest resort, we wear black rings..seems to get the conversation headed in the right direction
Questions:
Is Paradise Lakes worth spending a week at or is there another resort that might be better (We are on a budget flying on Southwest points can't afford Hedo II or Desires)
Is it reasonable to Uber from Tampa Airport Hotel to Paradise lakes, or would it be better to get a car?
Any other recommendations?
