In our experience has been that this is easier said than done. At times it seems like you might need a Ph.D. in advanced physics/ math or be an acrobat in order to successfully pull this off. If I want to do the back door entry and my wife and the other guy are doing the missionary position, being 5'7" I have to squat over her like in a football stance while attempting to maintain my balance on the bed.
