Good lubrication regimen for women

My teeny tiny post-menopausal wife has had the good fortune to attract men who are hung like horses. While many women would find this opportunity exciting, she finds it to be uncomfortable. She certainly uses lube, but just wondering if anyone has a good pre-game lube procedure for large men.

Thanks for the info about baby oil. I meant to say mineral oil, but I see that is not good too.
