I have mentioned Club Relate previously in threads on this board. For more than a decade I have regularly attended several Club Relate parties a year and enjoyed myself at every one of them. (It’s a bit of a commitment for me because I live in New York and for each party I attend I need to fly to Central Florida, book a hotel room for at least two nights and rent a car.) For me, Club Relate has been an important part of my engagement with the lifestyle.

 

And not because masturbation is a particularly important aspect of my sex life. It’s important to note that while jacking & jilling is one feature of these events, it’s far from the sole activity that takes place – actually individuals masturbating as a show for others is only a small part. Perhaps when Tom & Lynda Gayle started out more than 20 years ago self-pleasure was a more prominent aspect, but in my experience the range of activities is far broader. Whatever your lifestyle interests I probably participated or at least observed most of them at one or more of the parties I attended over the past decade. Typical attendance ranges from 25 to 30 individuals, perhaps skewing older, but ranging in age from their 30s through 70s, comprised of couples, single women and single men. You need to confirm your attendance several days in advance and if you’ve not attended a Club Relate party previously, attend an orientation with Lynda Gayle late in the afternoon prior to the party. The evening begins with a social hour that includes first-name only introductions and general or specific recitations of what each individual or couple would like to experience over the course of the evening.

 

I wouldn’t say that the parties are “curated” but every aspect is well looked after by the organizers. Participants all behave respectfully and I’ve never seen and on toward incident. (Otherwise, I can’t imagine this going on successfully for two decades.)

 

Club Relate isn’t for everyone. If you are looking to connect with a single playmate or a couple and enjoy private sex, that’s not going to happen at one of these parties. While they are spacious, there are only two or three bedrooms and a maximum of six queen or king beds. (I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a single couple unaccompanied on a bed unless it was quite late and most of the attendees have already departed.) You can always go back to the living room or another one of the bedrooms, but if you are uncomfortable occasionally seeing transsexuals (both pre-and post op) playing, light BDSM (spanking, paddling and the like) or lesbian and bi & gay male activities, Club Relate probably isn’t your cup of tea.

When I saw Jack and Jill my thought it was a fundraiser. To me it’s a party to raise money for future bride and grooms, like before a bachelorette party.

Okay, I have to ask the question: What is it about a Jack & Jill party that is appealing? (I'm not being judgmental here, just curious.)
