enhancer 1,585 Posted November 13, 2019 I don’t take any! Being on a no meat diet is all I needed to have a higher sex drive, get hard and stay hard longer and have insane sexual energy. Best thing I ever did for my sex life and my overall health. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
njbm 2,880 Posted March 18, 2020 Some people need 75 or 100 mg due to their problem. But everyone should discuss it with their doctor. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
adamgunn 1,460 Posted March 19, 2020 When I first started taking the med, must have been 15 years ago, my doctor told me to take 25mg - split a 50 mg tablet in half - and see how that affected me. At that time, it worked, I was able to go a whole night. As the years have progressed, I'm up to 100mg. Start with a low dose, see how it goes, and up it from there. And as njbm says, talk to your doctor about it. Quote Share this post Link to post
Wornsilver 219 Posted March 19, 2020 I'm 75 years old, 50 mg usually does it for me, but I occasionally take 100mg. That causes me to have a flushed face, so don't do that often. 3 Quote Share this post Link to post
adamgunn 1,460 Posted May 26, 2020 When I started using Viagra I was in my early 50's, my doctor recommended 25mg to start, see how that worked. I was great with that. As I aged, the dosage went up, now as I approach 70 it's 100 mg. Start with a low dose, see how that impacts you, go from there. 3 Quote Share this post Link to post
couplers 4,654 Posted May 27, 2020 Not that I need it, my sex drive started high at puberty and it has gotten even higher in my thirties, but do any women take it? I ask because some time ago I think that I read that at least one of the ED medications was approved for women as well. How does that work? I know that clits get a little more prominent when women are excited, but I thought that was a consequence of being aroused, not the cause. In my case I'd worry it would turn me into a lunatic or damage something, I can already go all day/night in the right situation. Quote Share this post Link to post
Idahocouple6969 294 Posted May 27, 2020 Well I DO need it. Even though my sex drive is still as strong as ever..... however the mind is willing and the flesh is weak. Due to age and (whisper: I have MS). Stuff won't work/keep working/or it finishes working in 5 seconds flat, without daddy's little helper. I really don't understand why men either suffer in silence or flat deny there is a problem. Without it I would have to give up on a lot of really great sex. Not to say making love to Mrs Idaho. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
njbm 2,880 Posted May 27, 2020 I call Viagra the insurance policy. I have almost never taken it when my partner is my wife. I will say that I have launched into some remarkable second rounds on Viagra that I could not dream of without it. I wholeheartedly urge anyone who needs it to get it. The generic version is cheap if money is a bar. We meet other men our age who “flop” for no reason, except they didn’t get what my urologist calls Vitamin V. Quote Share this post Link to post

That's the puzzling thing, a woman doesn't need to have an erection or ejaculate to have sex; the only thing a woman needs to worry about is a lack of lubrication, but if that need ever arises I guess I can buy some KY. I need to investigate further - Is it even the same drugs as men use? It's my understanding that ED drugs don't arouse, they just help erect when arousal isn't enough. Or am I missing something? njbm 2,880 Posted May 28, 2020 My understanding is that ED meds enhance blood flow. But the person has to be turned on to achieve erection. It is an aid. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
GMOFLEISURE 221 Posted January 6, 2021 20 to 40 mg of Silnadifil. That is the generic of Viagra & comes in 20 mg tabs. Don't always need it. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
MrMrsswinger 205 Posted January 6, 2021 A great diet, being fit, etc are wonderful and do help in libido. However, no matter how healthy you are sometimes the equipment doesn't work because of mental issues or nerves. I've seen people take 25mg with great results. I've heard people experience no side effects while others get really bad side effects. If you want the 'insurance' (as someone said) you can try Viagra (sildenafil) or Cialis (tadalafil) and see which causes fewer side effects. Always talk to your doctor. Avoid buying online from some shady site. 2 Quote Share this post Link to post

Yea, sildenafil the stuff for which my urologist recently gave me a prescription. He told me that i could safely take at one time anywhere from one to five of these as I learned how much would be needed. I have learned that two do the trick just fine. I had been taking daily Cialis but I no longer feel the need to be 24/7 ready-to-go. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
NWAtlSwing 522 Posted January 10, 2021 Cialis here and I use the one a day as needed. So might do one or two depending 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
EastInWest 1,524 Posted January 11, 2021 10mg of Cialis about 12 hours before. It takes the edge off MFM nervousness and reduces the turnaround time on FMF. It does give me heartburn sometimes but that's a price I'm willing to pay. Quote Share this post Link to post
Playman64 205 Posted January 11, 2021 I actually wished I could take viagra or cialias, I take so many heart & blood pressure pills my kidneys are already getting tore up, I would love to get and sustain an erection. Quote Share this post Link to post
