Does your partner inspire you?

Recommended Posts

Okay the question is does your partner eating healthy and exercising regularly inspire you to take your health more seriously? Does seeing them make changes for the better make you more motivated to do the same?

Very much. She encourages me to eat well and I encourage her to lift heavy. Left to our own devices she'd just do yoga and I'd sneak a cheat meal every day.

My wife makes me drink and fuck strangers, not necessarily in that order. She IS inspiring!

I'll have to be honest and say not really. She is much more health conscious and into dedicated exercise than I am. But, she struggles more than me, I am lucky that for decades I was the type of person who can eat all sorts of stuff I shouldn't and never gained any weight or felt out of shape. That has changed the last several years since the job I have now has my butt parked in a chair 95% of the time. I hate it, since between a long commute (i.e. less time to be active at home doing chores, etc.) and sitting on my ass all day, I do feel out of shape now. I'm hoping things will change in a couple of years though and I'll get back to what is normal for me in terms of a lot of things.

I’ve always watched my diet, most of all my sizes, need a bigger size, nope, I need to watch my diet more closely and exercise some. And my exercise is squats and you, some walking My husband is more, let’s hit the gym every day. So he inspires me to do the same which really helps. And, I think he has become more concern with diet and maintaining size so it seems to work.

I'm afraid at this point the only exercise I do are kegels and perhaps I have inspired a few lovers to bring the subject up with their wives...lol
