sunbuckus 3,566 Posted October 5, 2014 I recently tried out the Ginger Soy Glaze for baked chicken wings and it was delish! I highly recommend trying out this one if you are looking for chicken wings with a sweet note to it instead of the usual buffalo spicy flavor. (Of course, it also includes a buffalo sauce, too, in case you want both!) Ingredients GINGER-SOY GLAZE 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons soy sauce 3 large garlic cloves, crushed 1 2x1' piece of ginger, peeled, sliced WINGS 5 pounds chicken wings, tips removed, drumettes and flats separated 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 tablespoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper For directions, go here.
