Are single people meeting new dates in person? Do they offer test results for Covid? Are they (you) having sexual liaisons? We are long married, just wonder what single people are doing?

I'm not a single person looking for dates. But I believe I can answer this one with some authority; almost certainly not. 

 

A test for COVID-19 is about as much good as a test for syphilis, ghonneria, HIV antibidies, or other similar infections. It would only say if you had the infection at the time of the test.

Glad we tests for ourselves, but agree, a test is only informative until the next sex partner.

Not had any prospective date ask about a test.  A few have asked if I'd been sick, & I've tactfully inquired of others about their recent health.  I do put it up front that I was sick with the C19 symptoms for ten days from 23 March.  No I was not tested, those were in short supply.  I assumed I was contagious and quarantined myself accordingly.
