My wife wants to be filled up by three men. Double vaginal  and regular  DP are kind  of our thing. I know others on this site are bareback proponents, but we are condom devotees. Whatever it removes from passion and erectile function is substituted by disease protection and birth control ( if needed). Which is more important to you?
 

If you suspect these partners may have HIV, you could ask them for test results. But the results are only good until their next sex partner after the test. 
 

There are also Prep meds that prevent HIV/AIDS. 
 

Has you wife had the HPV vaccine? HPV and HSV (herpes) transmission is reduced but not eliminated by condom use. Without condoms, you are open season for those common infections. Some people are freaked out by them. Others think they are a non-fatal part of life.  
 

We both get a full panel STD test once a year. My wife gets a Pap smear and HPV test annually. There is no HPV test for males. HPV can lead to cervical or throat cancer, but it is the rare case that it progresses that far. 
 

It is all about risk vs. reward. Everyone has a different view on this issue. What amount of risk will you take?

Yeah this is a hard issue. I for one don’t like condoms at all and I think cumming in a woman is really hot i  don't care where I am in the line. I don’t mind cream pies and being able to help fill her up. I was with about 10 couples as a single guy (in an open relationship and not swinging for now).   About 60% of them wanted it bare.  40% wanted condoms.    I've never had an sti, and I get tested every 6 months to a year, depending on if I'm going to hookup or not.

 

I'm not a medical professional, but HPV is the biggest risk, in by opinion.  I've known 3 people in the poly community to catch it (they were connected).   I think the initial transmission was even through a condom though.  Also, males can have it and not show any symptoms.   I've also known people to have Herpes and be non-monogamous, but they tell people ahead of time.

 

Years ago I had one really hot woman tell me that she has herpes, but hadn't had an outbreak in years, once we were naked in bed and making out.   I decided  to agree with her willingness to go bare, and I didn't catch it, but whew......  that was not a good situation to be making the decision in!

For your situation, guys that were tested no further back than 3 months would reduce the risks to some extent.   There's no such thing as 100% risk free sex though, for sti's.   We all have different levels of risk tolerance.

I like the thought of having a living part of a man, or better several men, in me for days.  There have been times when I've had four men in one afternoon/evening - my husband, my boyfriend, Lora's boyfriend/husband/now ex, and our mutual FWB married guy.  They all came in my pussy bareback, but one or two had already ejaculated in Lora or Clair, so I didn't get the full "load" from all of them.  Didn't do any DPs those times since the other women were there, but I did give anal as a reward for good performance. ?
