Isn't that what friends (and exes) are for?  Her friends, not yours.  If she already likes them and is attracted (and vice versa) it will be a lot hotter for all involved, including you.  Not just mechanical doggy fucks, but some real passion and a little jealousy.

This is usually the best way to go.  Otherwise you'll end up with a lot of people claiming they want to be part of a gangbang and then not showing up.

Best thought is to find a swingers club and ask them about arranging something. It might just be showing up on a busy Saturday night or they might want to set something special up but make sure that you ask them first.

I don't know if you live in a larger city or not, but in many larger cities there are established groups of guys who advertise for women to get gangbanged by them.  There are several in my area.

 

They used to advertise on craigslist and similar sites before federal laws concerning sex trafficking changed.  You can probably find them now on established swinger sites.  They may not obviously be a group, but I'm sure some single guys on swinger sites are part of these groups.  You might have to make an effort to find them, but they are out there.

I think that they just flake out. 
We have a friend who organizes gangbangs, which he calls multiple man parties because it sounds less ominous. The men he invites are well vetted gentleman. If a woman gives the host a signal that she objects to a man’s behavior, he is outta there. They know it and we’ve never seen anything bad happen. The single men can’t drink at the party.
