Dogging

My wife wanna try dogging adventures, but I have fear: thugs, psycho people  or robbery. What the community think about, please?

Not sure what it is. Like have guys do her in your car in a park? Take it inside to a hotel or club. Private, safer, no embarrassing arrests. From a retired attorney, older, safer, wiser swinger. Ask a twenty something, you may get a different answer.

This is a great fantasy but would have the same concerns over safety. The obvious were mentioned, but there is still the STD factor. 
 

Someone mentioned a hotel but that takes a little bit of the risky thrill away. 
 

We have been to adult theater/arcade seeking to fulfill similar fantasies. But when we arrived, found that the reality of the filthy environment and sketchy crowd brought us back to reality.

Gonna agree with Anon321 on this.  If dogging is something that interests you i think an adult theater may be your best bet. At least you won't get robbed or arrested.  But yeah the crowd and environment are usually not real appealing for most women. Then again if dogging is her thing the crowd and environment might be perfect.

While the IDEA of dogging may be very exciting, the actual ACT isn't as exciting and can be VERY DANGEROUS. Even the adult theater idea is still rather risky (they still HAVE adult theaters?). By far, the safest bet is a swingers club. Dogging in a swingers club is usually referred to as 'Saturday night'

We've never been to one of the Desire Resorts or Hedonism but had heard that some public sex occurs. We've gone at it on some hotel patios or with blinds open or out on the lawn when we had an acreage but other than a few birds I doubt we had an audience. When we were young and flexible mainstream theaters were packed, necking/petting maybe, I can't imagine Wu performing for the clientele I saw in the adult theaters.

Some background about the origin of the term "dogging". Doggers are men who go out in the early evening or at night walking their dogs in the park pretending to be simply walking their dogs in the park when they actually know that that particular park has a reputation of having people partially hidden by bushes or park benches engaged in outdoor sex. And the people in the bushes know that there will be doggers who are watching. This all started in Great Britain twenty or so years ago.

There's a big difference between Swinging and Dogging.  I think it doesn't really count as Dogging if it's at a swing club.

 

My NJ peeps no doubt know about the infamous 'adult book store' BNA.  A couple we know said they had a good time there, that other couples were in attendance, and the men there ranged from about 20 to 50.  We get down to that neighborhhod every couple of months, so about three years ago we scouted it together.  Couples get in free so we walked through the door from the bookstore part to the dimly lit back room.  There were glory hole rooms, larger movie rooms, and a couple play areas - all with porn playing on TVs.  The physical environment didn't actually seem that bad... but the clientelle.  There were exactly 4 men inside, each positioned at the separate areas of the back room.  We walked from the entrance all the way to the back, then returned and by the time we were back to the entrance all four men were lined up behind us like baby ducks lol.  The men were creeper types: definitely aged somewhere above 60 and very creepy.  I would say we were back outside within 5 minutes of getting there.

We told our friends about our visit and they said it was a mistake to go on a Thursday and that Saturday nights are better but we honestly have no intention of returning.

Hey all! Just found this site and wanted to offer a suggestion....

 

If the dogging fantasy is really something you are trying to accomplish, you can “create it” with a pre-arranged friend or partner. You still need a really secluded area (preferably a private area, not public, but if you know it’s very isolated then either will work), and arrange to have someone you know and trust there to “watch” or be caught by you and your partner. 
 

Even better if only one of you know this trusted third, like if he or she is still a stranger to your wife.  It ups the excitement a little. 
 

Nothing is as exciting as a true, random, stranger encounter...but like others have said you give up that safety. For us, safety isn’t something we want to give up so we have to settle for pre-arranged.

No, gosh lol. I was googling what to bring to a party, as a gift for the host/hostess when I found this site. From there I went to the home page and this just happens to be the at the top of most recent discussions.

I just Googled host/hostess gifts and I got Bed Bath and Beyond. When adding “dog” I got Petsmart. 

What search engine did you use?. Think we need to use your searching to make our shopping more interesting.

Your answer is quite logical, within the limits of what is called common sense. But, as the experienced person that you are, you know that some human beings like the danger of the unknown, the challenges. Well, each couple should know what they are doing and the risks they may have in such an adventure.

The legality of dogging is going to vary from country to country and perhaps from county to county or some other local political subdivision. In the UK, it's not illegal per se to engage in dogging. But, if you're spotted by someone who wasn't intending on seeing something like that, it can be considered a public offense and you can be charged. Other countries and jurisdictions are going to vary. I'm sure in some parts of the world you could be sentenced to death for it. Check the local laws, be sure you know what the situation is, and proceed carefully.

 

As to how safe it is? Personally, I wouldn't do it. I have similar thoughts about adult book stores with back rooms, and adult theatres too (and I agree with GoldCoCouple; I'd be surprised if they still exist). If you're wanting to have sex in public, that's done easily enough. My wife and I have done it many times. If you're wanting to have sex with others, that's done easily enough too. The two together? I wouldn't venture down that path (no pun intended!).
