The couple has to know how fortunate they are to have you as their first experience. Before our first successful meeting we were being fooled by internet vultures and scammers. During the pandemic people are preying on others just looking to get out and try new things. 
The big testament to you being thoughtful was her friends suggested her approaching you instead of pushing to play with them first. I wonder if one of our friends approached us how I might jump right into it. I laugh because I know which of our friends I would love to think would do this. 
Making a sexual experience more than a sex event is magical. I only prayed that our first time wouldn’t be with a hardcore sex driven orgy type people. Being undressed in front of anyone can be painful especially in front of a beautiful couple, making it fun by someone skilled in reading peoples feeling is such a talent. 
As mentioned before, you and Alan are indeed wonderful mentors and guides. Even your dialogue of your experience makes me look forward to your next post.

Maybe you should let them know that you are not going to move faster than they are comfortable with...maybe take some of the (self imposed) pressure that the woman is feeling. Even better would be to direct them here, let them see what has been said and let them input what they are feeling. I'm sure that what started out as a conversation between two friends, then expanded to include you...well, sometimes it really helps to be able to talk with others knowing that they won't be judged and only get positive advice. Just a thought...

I figured after I agreed to join our friends for our first time it would be impossible that my wife wanted to do this. The couple you are with could have had their first with their friends and chose strangers instead, that would send up a red flag that this was going to be difficult. I know most will say swinging with friends is dangerous, I just can’t imagine my wife being as willing as she was if we met strangers.

We are just the opposite. We have a couple of friends in the LS and just don't want to go there. Too small an area. LoL one couple would most certainly be willing but my wife babysat the female back in the day. And was best friends with her older sister ☺️ so it's about the only time I have heard my wife say that is too weird?.

After meeting the couple several times, they are a terrific couple just very nervous, we finally introduced them to a new way of enjoying their sexuality. Usually we don’t extend our contact more than a few meetings, I think our friendship can extend passed the bedroom, something that will make going to the gym less uncomfortable. I found I enjoy her friendship.

My new friend told me they met with the friends who told her to talk to me. Two couples, friends for years, new to swinging, swinging together for the first time.

She asked me to join them for a little party. 
 

We aren’t big on parties, we have better times with being with a single couple, and will see if we will join them. Both couples are fun, the new couple I enjoy talking to her at the gym, I don’t want something to go wrong. I stated before we don’t normally move to relationships with people we meet.
