SLS teaser text?

We’re new to swinging and just setting up our SLS profile. What do people generally put in the teaser text? I was thinking a quick blurb about our non-swinging interests because we’re hoping for friends that can become lovers but he was thinking it should be like a sales pitch.

Check out others on the site and then write what you feel is similar. You are both right in what to include. You are trying to sell yourselves but knowing what other interests you have, since you are looking for FWB, is probably important as well.

On your profile; yes, it is an opportunity to "sell" yourself, so to speak. You want to put your best foot forward. I wouldn't be too short with the profile, or too generic like "We want to have fun". I mean, duh, right? If you want a FWB situation, then make it clear that's what you're after. You also don't want to write a novel either; nobody will read it.

Yes, as pointed out: you don't want too little, as in only a few sentences, since that looks like you aren't really serious and only entered enough to let you set up a profile. You also don't want to put too much, because if they wanted to read a novel, they would just find a good book. You don't want to be too crass, since it then sounds like a guy wrote it without any input (or probably knowledge) from the wife, but you also don't want to make it too 'clean' since most people reading also are interested in finding out what you are expecting and see if that matches what they are looking for as well. It's a fine line towards creating the perfect profile. Try to say who you are, what you are interested in, what you are looking for, and what your match will be...in a couple of paragraphs. In other words, keep it kind of simple and to the point...easy, right?
