Has anyone been to this off-prem club on Wednesdays?  How many couples usually attend? What time in the evening do most couples show?

I think you might be a few years late to the party.  I thought this place closed and then opened up as a dance club.  I think these clubs aren't necessarily a bad place to hunt but I don't believe they have swingers events like they used to.  Maybe I'm wrong.  Let us know if I am!

That’s what we thought too, but they’re now posting events on SLS for certain evenings in the week claiming there’s new overall ownership.  Unfortunately (for us), it seems like a lot of single guys sign up, so we’re wondering if it’s worth the time for us as a couple-seeking couple.  If we do go, we’ll report back!

Interesting.  Let us know if you go.  There are other ones around there too but you have the same issue with a lot of single men.  They try to balance it out by charging single men and letting women and couples in for free but you're still always surrounded by single men.  Good if you're hotwifing or looking for a gangbang but not so great if you're looking for FMF or swap.
