I can achieve orgasm by intercourse alone yes. I don't know for sure what will work for you since every woman is different, but I like to lay in the missionary position and completely relax my pussy. It seems like I used to try so hard to be "tight" any time I was having sex and it was making it impossible to relax enough for his cock to rub against my g-spot. (doing Kegels at other times will tighten your muscles) I do put a pillow under my butt sometimes to help also, it seems to raise me up more and he goes deeper. Yeah, from what I've heard intercourse orgasms aren't the norm. But my significant other can have an orgasm with about 5 minutes of oral.Then about 3 to 5 minutes of intercourse alone. I've read in some medical-type book that only about 30% of women can achieve orgasm through intercourse alone. Of course, I would say the people who are on this board are probably not a random sampling of the average population so our numbers are probably skewed. (and skewed quite a bit by my quick survey of the responses here! )

 

As for me, I've never had an orgasm through just penetration. However, I get really close. I'm always skeptical of women who say they orgasm from intercourse alone but then state they have never masturbated. I started masturbating when I was 15 - long before I even had a boyfriend. My first orgasms were intense and, I guess, set my definition for what an orgasm is. Everything else gets evaluated against this "standard". Anyways, if it is advice you are looking for, I am of the old school that says a woman should learn about her own body first and foremost - and never let anyone else tell you how it's supposed to be. Oh, me me! It happens maybe.... 1/5 times or so? It used to be just when I was on top and not because it rubbed my clit--I actually don't like having my clit rubbed during intercourse because when it's both at once for some reason it makes me feel like I have to pee (I have no idea why). Anyway, if I'm really excited and we're both really into it, it can happen. It feels very different, too, deeper and more intense. Actually, most of my orgasms come from intercourse (no toys, hands.) The position that seems to work best is from behind, that's pretty consistent. But my hubby can also get me there when I'm on top, he knows exactly the right way to rock my pelvis.
