GerdOEvert 51 Posted January 1, 2010 I like natural hair. Thinned maybe if it is really thick. Never, in over 100 women in my life, have I found hair getting in my mouth that is loose and a bother. I think a bush is sexier than stubble. If you try to shave, even with a professional job, inevitably there is stubble. Quote Share this post Link to post
ownerspet 506 Posted January 1, 2010 Everyone has a preference, and I'm sure some guys like the hair grown out natural. I prefer it shaved or well groomed, and with me my wife prefers it well groomed or shaved. So, If the hair is just too wild, then yes it's a turn off to me. I don't want chewbaca in your pants. So if you have wild pubic hair, for me it's a turn off. However, It sounds like the problem is that you shave or use hair removal product and there is some reaction. If you want to try grooming: I suggest just trimming with electric hair trimmers, with a quarter inch or half inch guard (you'll have to figure out what size guard based on how much it pricks your partner at the length, thats trial and error. It's much easier than trying to break out scissors and you're more likely to get an even cut with the guard on the trimmers. A good location to do this is facing your toilet and sitting down on the front edge of the seat straddling the toilet with your legs spread wide. This way, you can flush when you're done. If not the toilet, maybe just spread a towel out on the bed and lay down and let your partner do it for you (It could be fun). That's my 2 cents... Quote Share this post Link to post
Frankie 18 Posted March 5, 2010 Hello. Guess I'm the outlaw here, lol. Personally I prefer hairy ladies. To me nothing is more exciting then seeing a woman in her natural state with a hairy pussy. Guess most men prefer shaved ladies. I've always been fascinated by a woman's pubic hair. Call me old-fashioned. Those of you ladies that don't shave, there are guys that appreciate you. I'm one of them. Quote Share this post Link to post
Coffeeblack 38 Posted March 5, 2010 I like it when the hair around a woman's lips are shaved bare, exposing her lips. The hair can be nicely trimmed everywhere else. Being completely shaved is not so bad either. I prefer the visual view of a nicely trimmed and carefully shaved pussy that gets me all fired up!! Quote Share this post Link to post
Guest newplaytoys Posted March 5, 2010 just love the ladies au natural , mmmmmmmmm:facelick: Quote Share this post Link to post
AskMeOk 148 Posted March 6, 2010 We prefer shaved, though closely trimmed is fine. If you remember a couple of decades ago, cunnilingus would end a fair percentage of the time with the giver sounding like a cat with a hairball..... Since the end of the vaginal bush, that mood killing problem has disappeared..... Quote Share this post Link to post
smoothshavers 25 Posted June 28, 2011 We like shaved, smooth. No hair in the teeth, no tickling of the nose, no pubic hairs all over the bed and shower, easier cleanup, no urine taste or smell during cunnilingus (experienced this with unshaved women, YUK), great feeling when fully entered and rubbing, longer sex sessions because the hair is not there rubbing on my shaft or her lips like a wire brush. I like to gently rub my face and gently kiss all over her shaved vagina after she comes in my mouth (as if I am caressing or loving her, like holding her after I cum in her), then when she is ready I can lick her her again before penetration. With me shaven, she gets more excited and has better orgasms. She says that that is because she can feel me more. She too likes sucking shaved, it seems more clean that way, no place for the germs and bacteria to hide. I would choose hairy legs and unshaved armpits with a shaved pubic. The shaved pussy seems so feminine to me, like she cares about herself. HMMM. Could be that she shaves it just so that she will get a good "lickin", sometimes twice before penetration. I love to lick shaved pussy!!!! Quote Share this post Link to post
amid 91 Posted June 29, 2011 I like them both... but for now prefer hairless. A big bush is like a treat of forbidden fruit when had every so often. Quick story. About 6 or more years ago my wife did not shave. I asked her is she would and she cited that she would be too embarrassed when at the Gynecologists for her exams and such... so gradually over the next year, she (with a light bit of prodding from me) went from bush to trimmed to finally bald. After the initial "embarrassment" of being bald she got used to it... recently for something different I asked her if she would grow back a full bush. She didn't want to do it for fear of being embarrassed at the Dr's come check up time! How about that for a complete turnabout! Quote Share this post Link to post
djjwp 129 Posted July 7, 2011 Yes, I hate to floss while I eat! I prefer shaven bare from the neck down. Quote Share this post Link to post
RyanF 15 Posted July 27, 2011 Pubic hair isn't a turn-off but generally shaved is better. If a woman is a sweetheart and cute then some pubic hair doesn't really matter but if given the choice... No need to go overboard though, a moderate trim with a buzz shaver once a week works fine (not a microfoil, that makes stubble and friction). And if you have a rash then, its better to keep some hair over it no doubt Quote Share this post Link to post
liesto 17 Posted December 21, 2011 I might be weird but I like natural trimmed a little. Quote Share this post Link to post
StewartP 171 Posted December 21, 2011 Fi and I have nothing against pubic hair provided it's not an out-of-control jungle that needs a weed wacker to get through it! As a man, it is getting so rare to find a woman "au naturel" that I now find it really quite sweet, charming and cute! Quote Share this post Link to post
km34 672 Posted December 22, 2011 I prefer groomed of some variety... I have no preference whether it is fully shaved or just well maintained bush. On ME, however, I go fully shaved. I can't stand it any other way. I've tried to let it grow again and even once it gets past the itchy phase it bugs me so I always end up going back to shaving. Random story: When we went to the club with another couple, I was shaved, she trims but is mostly natural. We actually had a man comment on how she should shave because it is really the way to be and said that people would like her more if she shaved. I found that INCREDIBLY rude and told him so. lol I think you need to worry more about your own personal comfort because no matter how you keep your pubic hair, there are people out there who aren't going to be satisfied. Just make sure you're not one of them. Quote Share this post Link to post
midnightplayer 135 Posted December 22, 2011 I have been shaving for a few years and now I got my wife to shave. I is part of our "preparation", I shave her with a wonderful little shaver. Love it nice and smooth and think a shaved cock is better for everyone to suck. Quote Share this post Link to post
webbguy 27 Posted December 23, 2011 I love to eat pussy, so shaved around the hole and trimmed on top is good! I don't really like "landing strips" just a regular trim. Me, I shave my balls and trim the rest! Quote Share this post Link to post
BrazilianBabe 15 Posted December 30, 2011 I love shaved and smooth. Better to lick and doesn't smell. Mine is completely waxed, but sometimes I like to put some landing strip, really thin one. Quote Share this post Link to post

Learning 160 Posted December 30, 2011 I was looking at the Playboy this month and missed the landing strips on the ladies. The bare look in playboy reminds me of a bunch of fish heads. I trimmed up to a few years ago. I was fine with bush but the hubby was not so it went away. Quote Share this post Link to post
BrazilianBabe 15 Posted December 31, 2011 A waxed Brazilian? No. Way. haha, I got it! I can't use razors, I wonder if anyone else have allergies with razor blades! This is why every 15 days I go to wax the cat! Quote Share this post Link to post

edtungsten5858 29 Posted January 10, 2015 I like it bald as a cue ball and Amy prefers a close trim or less on a gent. We have never declined to play due to hair, but if it were really bad, then? As a side point, I think a woman with a thick and rich black triangle (not hip to hip and not light brown) is quite striking! Quote Share this post Link to post

curiousbear 20 Posted January 24, 2016 Ok, one more thing, question for the guys out there I guess. Seems every woman now is pretty much hairless, I'm blonde and soft, but my skin is so sensitive I break out in a nasty rash if I even attempt to get rid of it. Is this a real problem for you guys? A real turn off? I love bush. I have a thing for soft blonde hair. As long as it is very clean I would love it. Now I am not allowed to eat her. I think a trimmed/waxed lips would be lovely tto kisssss. Yet to experience though. Quote Share this post Link to post
HoldItAgainstMe 16 Posted February 15, 2016 Ok, one more thing, question for the guys out there I guess. Seems every woman now is pretty much hairless, I'm blonde and soft, but my skin is so sensitive I break out in a nasty rash if I even attempt to get rid of it. Is this a real problem for you guys? A real turn off? This my first post to Swingersboard in a long time. I hope it comes out ok. Although this question about pubic hair was posted in 2004, it's a topic that remains relevant. Like the question's author, my skin also is very sensitive. This puts me in a tough position because (1) I find all pubic hair (including my own) to be disgusting and a complete sexual turn-off, and (2) yet shaving gives me acne breakouts. One thing that has greatly helped was discovering that liquid body soap works better for shaving myself there than does shaving cream. (Of course, I rub liquid soap only on skin that is already wet with warm water). Also, I apply baby oil all over the shaved areas right after shaving there and for at least the next two days at night before sleeping. If I am shaving as part of preparation for a party, I'll do it in the afternoon so that my skin will have absorbed the oil by the time I'm ready to go to the party. Besides the grooming issue, I think removal of pubic hair is important to personal hygiene, because I think hair is a repository for bacteria, which is a cause of body odor. In summary, yes shaving pubic hair is a real problem for me, but since I view it as so important to personal hygiene and grooming, I still shave there. P.S. Having looked at all the comments of other people, who say they actually LIKE pubic hair, I can't figure out why. Quote Share this post Link to post
Lionheart72 2,191 Posted February 15, 2016 P.S. Having looked at all the comments of other people, who say they actually LIKE pubic hair, I can't figure out why. ... because a sexually mature adult is supposed to have pubic hair. It's a basic fact of biology. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
cplnuswing 4,713 Posted February 15, 2016 And so is armpit hair, leg hair, nose hair, and just about any other hair that changes with age. That doesn't change the fact that some prefer to trim or shave the hair in those areas too...and some don't, which is certainly their choice. Men's facial hair is a sign of a sexually mature adult...so all men are supposed to have facial hair? 2 Quote Share this post Link to post
HoldItAgainstMe 16 Posted February 15, 2016 A sexually mature woman naturally has underarm hair. That doesn't mean I want to see it. The same goes for hairy legs. Body odor is also natural, especially of sexually mature humans, but I don't want to smell it. Grooming is about disturbing nature in favor of what is socially acceptable and/or desirable. I say that while understanding that different people find different things to be desirable and acceptable. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
Fundamental Law 2,903 Posted February 15, 2016 Ultimately this is a grooming question. Most people (there are some religious sects who do not) clip and style their hair or completely shave their heads. It's a decision as to how people choose to present themselves in public. Most people, including myself, take note of hairstyles and colors. Most people, including myself, see shaving the scalp as a personal choice. Yes, it is disturbing nature. It is also a harmless expression of self-identity. Pubic hair, armpit hair and so on are sexual characteristics. Pubic hair changes color and consistency with aging. Among men, ear hair becomes prominent typically in the sixth decade of life. Many choose to pluck, shave, laser or otherwise remove hair that identifies age. Other remove it simply as a matter of how they choose to present themselves. There is, of course, at least one other issue. We find oral sex more pleasurable without the hair in the way. Others--perhaps not all others--seem to agree. Quote Share this post Link to post
Lionheart72 2,191 Posted February 15, 2016 Forgive me, but I stand by my earlier post... I find this whole shaved thing to be creepy. But whatever... I'm outta here. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
love2dp 53 Posted February 15, 2016 Absolutely not. Just keep it trimmed. I like a landing strip or any kind of cool pussy hair design like a cats head shape, or whatever. And no side burns. I've never been with a true blond blond woman but I'd bet blond pussy hair is sooo freaking soft. I'm prefer blonds too. I've only been with darker blonds. Quote Share this post Link to post
afterwork 89 Posted February 15, 2016 Well, for some of the vets of the swinging 70's, we were accustomed to massive amounts of pubic hair. Mrs Afterwork remarked that one fellow had so much hair, she thought looking at him fully hard her prospects for a good deep penetration were going to be slim. Turned out that he had quite the ballon of hair that hid more depth than she first saw. As we aged, God saw to it that the gray hair certainly made its appearance for our pubic hair. We had other friends our age that were first to shave and we suddenly felt like the elderly among our fuck friends. We decided to join the trend. Frankly, it takes a lot of continuous maintenance. Much more than we anticipated but, we do enjoy the smoothness and yes, we sense a greater "freshness" from all of the effort to remain hygienic. We now look back at the age of pantyhose, men and women's polyester underwear reflecting that our age group probably created and passes a lot of "yeast infections" that don't seem to be so "commonly noticed" in the advent of both genders shaving/trimming. We chalk it up to greater frequency of detailing that the pubic regions are getting. We still love either style, but all of us in our small fuck buddy circle shave. Quote Share this post Link to post
Bob250 74 Posted February 15, 2016 If a person is "turned off' by pubic hair, it seems to me, to show that they don't want sex very badly. Quote Share this post Link to post

SuzieG 24 Posted May 14, 2016 Suzie: How has lasering worked for you? Ms. currently gets waxed every month but is wondering if going under the laser is a better long term solution. It's worked out really well! I have a few (like... 15 maybe?) little errant hairs that are too blonde to laser (it needs to have pigment to be lasered), so I just shave those when I notice them. I did my underarms first, and when I was blown away by those results, went for the Brazilian. They call it permanent hair "reduction" not "removal," as it will slowly grow back over the years... but after a few years, I'm still hair free, so I consider it well worth it. I only had 6 sessions. 2 Quote Share this post Link to post
