Yes, back up for us. If they ever go out of business, we would lose a lot of contacts.

At one point in the past when collapse looked imminent I set up a site to collect email addresses and bio's (as I remember a bio was an option) This was just to be a lifeboat, not a functioning discussion site. I had done something similar for a metal artisans group that I belonged to when it looked like our server and its owner was about to disappear.

 

I'll have to see if I can find it.
