All rooms are the same: basic room. not fancy, not horrible I never recommend wife/gf going off alone. It is generally safe, but like anywhere in the world you need to be careful. They have an exercise room that is pretty nice and usually there is water aerobics in the morning in the nude pool. Every week and trip is different, sometimes more swingers sometimes less. We have gone every year since 2001 over Thanksgiving. There are single guys, but I never thought there were too many. Mostly couples, but every week is different so there is no guarantee.
