Just watched "Palm Swings" on Showtime. It is a very accurate portrayal of a new couple first getting into the lifestyle and what happens when rules are not laid out from the beginning and love/trust/communication are not established from the beginning. Some of the acting is somewhat cheesy but the story line is excellent. It is a very accurate portrayal of how drama can occur in the LS, but it does have a happy ending. Showtime is currently having a free weekend preview on DirectTV at least and I figure the other providers have it as well. I highly recommend that you DVR this movie while it is available and then watch at your convenience.

Great point, ChaTam. Each couple practices the LifeStyle in their own way. As long as it makes them - and the people they interact with - happy, who are we to judge?

There is hope. A guy that comes into a place like this and makes a total fool of himself isn't necessarily a bad guy, just very uneducated. People's first impression of 'swingers' is 'group of sluts'. To that effect, a dick pic is perfectly normal. Once a person realizes that many swingers are straight, middle class, educated, conservative folks, the attitude changes. I had to coach a few guys on how to interact with a woman so they could make a decent impression. Men who don't have a clue about women, tend to assign their morals, values and standards to women. "Hey, I love looking at a pussy, I'm, sure everyone will love this dick pic". There is a collective groan as the weekly new single guy pops in ready to fuck the world. Just because it gets old. There should be a large headline and link at the top of the forum. "Single men must enter here before using the forum" with some instructions.

I'm a single male new here that would prefer not to be single and hope to change that ! One thing I have to say I've never sent a dick pic or showed one just because I have one. Sure if some one asks that's different but I always thought it a little disrespectful to just throw it out . Wondered if others were like that but I'm learning a great deal here and really liking the community .

I appreciate the way that you state your rhetorical question. A couple of the new members who arrived with dick pictures have received some much rougher receptions from other members. A guy might be a little too proud of his schwanz but we should collectively, when we are able, take opportunities to teach. I do believe that there is hope.

This... It makes it sound like you feel soft swap is somehow beneath full swap. You are not ONLY soft swap... You're a soft swap lifestyle couple. My wife and I are full swap but we are not in any way superior to you and how you choose to play. I know, off topic but soft swap couples sometimes come across as if they're less than full swap couples. Even worse, full swap couples that come across as if they're superior. Pro tip: Women don't care about cock pics, and they don't really care to see cock picks in general. If you could take a photograph of your personality it would go a lot farther.
