You can use Tadalafil (Cialis) the same way you use Sildenafil (Viagra). The biggest difference between the two is that Tadalafil has a half life of 18 hours vs 4 for Sildenafil. So if you take a 10mg at 8pm on a Friday and a booster 5mg (cut 10mg in half) mid day Saturday, you'll be running 8+ through Saturday night. When I have taken Sildenafil I get the red face and neck, and the congestion. Sildenafil doesn't cause any side effects for me. Also, Sildenafil absorption is affected by alcohol where Tadalafil isn't...in case you plan on having some drinks. I bought a scale to weigh the pieces. The 20 mg tablet is easily cut. The 10mg is small and difficult to cut well.

I take Cialis/Tadalifil infrequently. I don't do the daily regimen because I don't want my body to depend on the drug to actually get a boner.
