So I am looking at the profiles of new members on a worldwide, somewhat well known internet swinging site. A single woman’s site lists the “services” she provides and her cell phone number. It sounds like a prostitute to me. I alerted the site. This is the second time for this site.

I was just looking at my latest follows on twitter and it's always rather interesting to see who is there and what they post. I noticed one recent follower that has the following in their twitter profile: Nothing, really obvious there, but then when you look at their twitter image it says "swinger escort couple". We've had a few topics around here about the option of using an escort to fulfill a threesome fantasy, but this got me wondering, how many couples would pay for an "escort couple"? Then my thoughts wondered over to the idea of how in so many ways people have jumped on the "swinger" as a way to make money, whether it's the new swinger dating site that seems to pop up every day (my twitter follows are full of those as well) or a couple that decides, hey instead of just swinging for fun, we could swing for profit. So, what are your thoughts on this?

If you found out that half of a couple you had been talking with used to be a prostitute/escort and you were interested in the couple (prior to this) would that bit of information be enough to make you not want to play with them? If so, why? If not, why?

There was an advertisment on the board a little while ago from a guy who claimed to be a virgin and was selling himself or at least his first time to the highest bidder. I can understand why the moderators felt they needed to remove it, but I thought that it was a great idea for a new topic. So... would you? Would you actually pay just to have sex with a virgin? Just wanted to get everyones opinion on how they would feel about a paid date. (escort,male/female) ...you get the idea. Lets say you were in a situation where you had no individuals in your area to play with ...lol,I know everyone does but just entertain the thought for a moment. Most of society frowns on the idea of hiring a person/persons for the sole intentions of sex, hence the illegal act of prostituion. Please give your opinion and why you would choose so. We are on the fence with this one.

LikeMinds made a comment that was really thought provoking for me (she is kind of good at that) on this thread. I thought it deserved its own thread, so here it is. If prostitution were legalized, how do you think this would affect the lifestyle - and how would those changes affect your experience with the lifestyle? Personally, I think it would water down the club experience to say the least. If more women used the club as a place to conduct business - or if more women came as guests of men who had paid for their company - it would take away the excitement of really connecting with "real people". What do you think? PS - To clarify the terms: YMMV means "Your Mileage May Vary". I've seen it around here, but apparently it is a term used in prostitution that means that a "provider" might give you more or less "attention" based on chemistry and/or mood. GFE means "Girl Friend Experience" - or "I do a good job of pretending like I actually like you" - which I think would be one of the "watering down" affects of prostitution in swinging. -
We have noticed a growing trend at one of the clubs we attend - sex for money. The first time we saw it - a group of dancers came in and did a show. There were "levels of participation" based on how much you wanted to pay. For the door fee - you could see the show. For a bit more - you could head into the back for a more intimate show. The fees and levels went up from there, to private lap dances to sexual favors for cash. The next time we were made aware of it was when the owner of the club, in a discussion with us complained that a male had offered a female money for sex. My thought at the time was - when you invite that element in (as with the dancers), it is going to stick... And the last - and certainly the funniest - was a couple of "sugar daddies" showing up with a pair of 20-somethings dressed like they'd just been picked up curb-side. The girls came in jeans (a club "no-no") and had to buy new clothes to stay. As we were the ones working the clothing store, we were not surprised that the men paid in cash (big rolls) and dressed the girls in whatever they wanted. What was funny was to see the same two "sugar daddies" turned "towel sharks" walking around the club, in towels, asking if anyone had seen two young girls. I know - it is cruel to laugh - but come on... How dumb do you have to be? The girls, and the clothes, and we are sure whatever fee they were given were long gone at this point. Personally - I have never visited a prostitute. I don't have a thing against them and think they do provide a service in the proper context. But - just like drugs - bringing it into our club puts everyone at legal risk; from being raided and possibly embarrassed professionally and personally to simply losing the club. I would imagine that this happens at just about every club to some degree. Lately, it just seems very "out there" at this particular club. What are others' experience with it? How do you feel about this? For us, if we did not work at this club (not for the club, just at the club), we'd take a break until we heard that this had cooled down a bit. As it is, we have to be there right now and the seeming common-ness of it scares the crap out of us. PS - Paying for sex at a swing club is like paying for dinner at a potluck. If this is you, it is time to reassess...

Hi there we are obviously new at this whole swing lifestyle, my wife and I are very interested in an MFM but so far searching sites like SLS and CL have yielded nothing worthwhile. My wife is a very private person so going to a public function where swinging is out in the open is completely out of the question for her at least at this point.
